Supposed to be delivered at 2. Came 6.5 hours later. Dropped the furniture in the front room and left. No packaging removed from couches, no apologies, nothing. 5 minutes away from store and 225 dollars for this delivery ? Never again with this store. We were told very clearly a different price. Very frustrated

We got beautiful and unique furniture for reasonable prices. Unlike the same thing that is offered at Ashley Furniture, Mor Furniture and other stores. Will be coming back for more in the future.

Won't even give star, but cannot publish reviews without a star. We bought a sofa from them on the 08/26/2023, at that time the guy said it'll take 4 weeks. We agreed. We called them after 4 weeks asking for an update, they tell us it takes 4-6 weeks, we again agreed though we were clearly told when we bought that it's gonna take 4 weeks. We are already in the 6th week, we called again today asking for an update, the lady on the call says it will go to production next week. I mean what kinda scam is this. We asked for our money back since it's not gone in to production yet, and they won't return saying order is placed. If you can't deliver on time why promise in the first place. Also, horrible customer service, the lady on the call just hung up on us because she didn't have any valid answers to our questions.

This is a place that sells furniture when you see the prices you will want to buy, but as a consumer, I would refrain from giving them a dime. the price of a bed $1499.00 for sale $799.00 okay great deal but I asked about a piece that had the same price $1499.00 they said it would be $1215.oo plus tax I asked how is everything 50% off? they gave me some qoute it's retail I couldn't see how my piece I was wanting to purchase was almost at full price they showed me they are dishonest.. You would think a Furniture store with low prices they would be selling like crazy... I now see why all the bad reviews are true..

I love this table I found. Walked in the door and saw it immediately.I absolutely love this furniture store! It always delivers. More people should visit it.It's never busy and always has a calm comfortable atmosphere. It also has amazing pieces and some of the nicest people! I love just wandering around their store getting ideas. I always find more then I went in for too. Beautiful stuff, lots of color options and pretty good prices and sales too.

There is a huge selection of furniture at varying price points. The nice thing is that most furniture is ready for pick up that same day. But you can also order specialty items. The prices are drastically lower than at the furniture store.

We were ready to buy some table there. They told us that they will bring us another one, not the table in the showroom. We agreed and asked just to check another table taking it out from the box. They said NO, you will buy it and will check at your home, not here.Ok then, we agreed to check it home if we can bring it back if it is not what we want to have in our dining room. They said NO, we won't take it back.So, what is the point, we had to take a cat in the box, to give them our $500 and then.. just to pray if it is what we wanted to buy. This is such a nice business!

This place relies on keeping you ignorant and over the top arbitrage. You’ll notice they remove any make/model identifiers so you won’t price compare. I bought a patio set for 3.5k, as they were loading it in my truck I could see make model on the box and decided to Google it. It was over $1000 cheaper at Ashley. I asked them if they price match- the ladies at the counter looked really nervous like they had seen this show before and said they needed to go ask ‘Steve’. They come back with a receipt voiding my transaction and had unloaded the stuff from my truck hastily. The sales guy who assured me that if ‘you can find it cheaper elsewhere I’ll buy it for you.’ wasn’t too happy about his hand being caught in the cookie jar, said something about Ashley won’t have it in stock, well we drove to Ashley they had it in stock and sold it to us for 1.6k (it’s Labor Day), and threw in a 5 year replacement plan. Sanasco lays the store out in way to make you think you’re getting a good deal, but make sure to do your homework!

Stay away from this business.This morning I purchased a console table for $300. When I got home I noticed that the console came defective: two of the holes that a bolt is meant to go through did not align at all (one of the holes was off by half an inch), so it was impossible to assemble the console without literally breaking through the wood of one of the pieces.I went back to the store to get a replacement, but to my surprise, I was met with a surprisingly unreasonable staff member, a guy maybe in his 60's with a hat, glasses, and an orange checkered shirt. He must've been the owner, otherwise I don't understand how he could be trying to pull off the kind of logic that he was trying to throw at me.The guy first said that the piece didn't come defective, which was obviously ridiculous because the two holes didn't align by a damn sight. I insisted that I wanted a new console table, so he offered to give me the one they had on the floor. That is, he didn't want to give me a brand new table, which is what I had paid for. Instead, he wanted to give me the one they had on display in their warehouse. The reason, and I quote, was: "I'm not taking another one out of the box... I'm not gonna open another box, that's how we handle things here". So his reason was, basically, "because I say so". He wanted to give me the one that they had on display for God knows how long, being touched by people, and potentially damaged in ways that would be difficult to detect on the spot.I tried to reasonably explain to this person that as a customer purchasing a product what he must give to me is not the thing on display, but a brand new product that comes out of the original packaging. But no sir, this guy wouldn't budge, because "that's how we handle things here".Another option that he gave me was to have "one of his guys handle it", meaning somehow fix the defective table that I had got. He literally said, and I quote, that "you will never know there was a problem with it". I asked him how it was possible to do that without damaging the wood, drilling a new hole, or enlarging the existing hole. His answer was, and I quote: "no, he is not gonna, you won't even know", but then a few seconds laters he admitted that his guy would have to enlarge one of the existing holes. Brilliant! The way for his guy to fix my table is by enlarging, by half an inch, one of the existing holes, and that won't somehow be noticeable or damage the structural integrity of the table.In the end I just got my cash back. What a waste of time, especially since I live far away and coming to this store takes me a long time. Stay away from this place, their customer service is clearly terrible.

I've been going to Sansaco since the early 90's. It works perfect for me. They point in the right direction and I go., They're completely honest about what's quality and what's not. If you have pets they're not going to lead you to an Ashley couch. I bought tons of stuff here, so when I finally needed the couch for my main living area it was obviously where I was going. Your not getting a fancy latte & 12 books of fabrics with a designer-you do your own digging with a little guidance and you order it and pick it up. Took about 13 weeks to get my custom couches & recliner & side table. I will continue to drive an hour to shop here.

Please DO NOT go to sansaco there customer service was terrible i ordered a coffee table that did not have any in stock so I had one ordered they said a week and a half two and a half weeks later nothing so I call them and they said 6-8 weeks and did not allow refunds or floor models the salesman was very arrogant and rude, not coming back.
