Absolutely the worst.. so unhelpful with a horrible attitude from the tiny staff. Usually there is maybe one staff member in the back with a lobby full looking for help. Actually ANY ATM in the world is more helpful. Looking forward to the automated computer apology saying : " Danny, sorry to hear about your experience "

This location is always super frustrating! I work during business hours. Most of the time their outside ATM won't accept deposits. When it finally starts working properly my ATM card expired. I got a chance to go in on Monday 1-2-24 and was told the systems was down and I'll have to go to a different location. About to cancel my savings and credit card accounts. DEFINITELY GO ELSEWHERE!!

I walked into the credit union with questions about an auto loan and left feeling incredibly informed about their wide range of products and services. The staff, particularly the representative who assisted me was immensely knowledgeable and patient. Definitely worth going to this branch and seeing how they can help or what they offer!

Cute location however I definitely appreciated it more when they had Working Bathrooms For Their Clients and some sort of system to check in so I as the client am not left to wander and stand in the front for 5-10mins with NOT ONE EMPLOYEE APPROACHING despite a mostly empty location, only approaching to look at me when I went to see if they in fact still had working bathrooms and act like it’s “off limits”, or maybe they should have a sign explaining they no longer care to provide that for the customer. The check in alone with really bring the customer experience up. Just glad the staff is no longer as hostile I guess, quick help once I Got it (that staff member us the ONLY REASON this isn’t a 1 star review) but weird vibe in general. Over all just really made me miss banking with BECU.

Staff was fast and really nice everyone greeted me with smiles, the tall gentleman with brown hair offered us hot cocoa and coffee will be coming back to this branch

Just one negative experience after another here. First of all the open space is a TERRIBLE HORRIBLE idea. Whose bright idea was it to design a space where everyone knows your very personal financial needs? Just stupid. Second, there is nowhere to line up so you're basically monitoring when your turn is next. I hate that they closed the south Seattle location where there was privacy and confidentiality. Also, every time I went to do an overdraft transaction it takes so long to get the approval and then I have to move to an ATM to do it. Last time I went I spent about 30 minutes with the guy. I think he didn't know what he was doing because he just kept typing on his laptop for a long time - maybe communicating with someone else on how to do it? Then after like 10 minutes of him silenting typing he says "Oh, you don't have the money in the account". I have no idea what he was doing in that span of time and he obviously did not pay attention to what I said when I said I wanted to overdraw when he sat me down (awful stools btw). When I told him I knew that and wanted to pay the fee he spent another 10 minutes doing whatever it was he was doing on his computer in silence and getting someone to override it.Recently I went there on a Sunday to withdraw cash and wanted to deposit the cash in another account. The machine said that the cash deposit function wasn't working. So then I had to travel to another ATM! This also happened a few weeks prior too. The lady said "It wasn't working". I'm tired of their ATM never working!I've banked with SCU for over 20 years but I am so ready to close my account. It is stressful every.single.time.

as a former employee take my word when I say this Credit Union is not worth it. They do not care about the people unless you have thousands in your accounts with them, low on funds and need a fee reversed? too bad u only get a few courtesies and unless you have a ton of money with them and u throw a fit they wont help. the branch reps suck and make mistakes all the time. If you request a branch rep to call you back well expect the call in about a month if you are lucky they remember to call you. do not open accounts here if you have, take your money and run.

I have every banked with seattle credit union for over 7 yrs I applied for a job type deal of driving around with a advertisement on my car I got a check for 2600.00 dollars and deposited it thru the ATM and it said on my receipt that I could access 100 dollars that was all I was allowed in 2 days the check cleared and I had access to funds I deposited it on 23 posted on 25 and had access to funds on the 28th I got a returned check from.them say funds were no good well long storey short they should u clear check let me access fund the tell me I owe for the check they let me access and are telling me it never posted how.could I access fund it it wasn't cleared this is so wrong I was a victim of a scam a scam now they want me too p huh hĥĵj

This is a horrible location. They're very short staffed, only 2 ppl working tht i noticed. I cud see that they were trying very hard but I cud also see they were very stressed. Ppl must of been there waiting at least 30-min. To 60 min. In line.I was there 1 hour.the machines (printers, internet,computers)keep messing up & were slow.they hv an ATM inside tht sounded like a VAGAS SLOT MACHINE,It was SO IRRITATING. Get it together SEATTLE CREDiT UNION. OR IM LEAVING.

I called for assistance with my credit card wanting to order a replacement! On the hold for over 20 minutes and then to be disconnected!!!! So frustrating! Hope to walk in tomorrow!!

1 star was as low as they could go but they truly deserve ZERO!!! I’ve been a customer for 10+ years and up until Covid hit they were a decent institution. Now there customer service as gone all the way in the toilet! Worst bank I’ve been with easily! We moved out of Washington a little over a year ago and had both of our vehicle loans through them and getting ahold of our titles from them took over a year! No one knows what they’re doing and instead of seeing it thru or finding someone who does know what to do they’ll just hang up on you and make you call back in and start from scratch with whoever answers the phone. I have tons of horrible customer service stories with these guy and could write a book but long story short just avoid Seattle credit Union and save yourself the headache
