This place is ran so poorly you’d think we were in a underdeveloped country. First their website made it seem like my wife’s shoes were in-stock at the store. So I ordered them online and drove 2 hours to pick them up two days before Christmas. I wait in line only to have the kid tell me they are coming from Los Angeles and haven’t arrived yet. I was SO PISSED that I wouldn’t have them for Christmas!! Fast forward 18 days after purchasing them and they still haven’t arrived from Los Angeles. No updates and their Customer Service line is busy. I Googled it, it takes 17 days to WALK from LA to Seattle and these shoes still aren’t here!? At this point as far as I’m concerned, with no communication Shiekh stole my $125.

Terrible ! Ordered shoes online and they sent me two different sizes in one box and they were both left feet . Couldn’t do anything with them. I returned and they gave me less of half of what I paid for. I am now filing a complaint with the bbb. Ridiculous.

Horrible experience this past weekend with their managers. I tried returning shoes and they denied the request asked why, then the manager came out in a spaghetti strap crop top, hickies all over her chest and just looked extremely unprofessional. She didn't even look that receipt or the shoes and immediately declined the request. Now I'm going through the main office because I do not want to deal with those type of people ever again. They didn't even give me a reason! Just ridiculous.. O0000000000000 stars!!!

Horrible experience! I bought 2 pairs of shoes yesterday and spent $250 or so. I didn't know if the shoe size was right as I bought a mens size shoe, I tried on at the store an it fit just fine, later on after I bought it i tried it on to see if they were gonna be comfortable on my feet. I had it on for a little while and the shoe started to hurt my feet. I brought it back to the store about 24 hrs after I purchased and not even used them and tried to exchange for something else and the "Manager" came out saying she was not gonna return them because they "looked used". I then asked her what she meant with it and she explained that under the shoes were dirty and the shoe was looking used. I told her i did use them after I bought it to try them out and it started to hurt my feet not even 2 hrs later and i decided i was gonna bring it back. She said that she would not do any exchange or anything like that because was outside of "policy" she said that the shoes were not just dirty that they had this crease. I then asked her why a brand new pair of shoe would have that and she said that it happens as soon as you put them on and walk around with it. I then asked her how was that fair to the customers? A brand new pair of shoes have crease and it is from the shoe. She said all Air forces are like that and i then asked what was the issue then?. If i buy shoes i try them on to see if they are comfortable to walk around (that's it's purpose). Once i tried them on and it hurt my feet I don't wanna wear shoes that hurt me. I bought them not even 24hrs prior the attempted exchange and i was told that it is up to her judgment to accept them back or not. She asked me if id buy the shoes i was returning and i said "I don't know, maybe". But I'm trying to exchange them for a reason. She was not helpful at all. I don't agree with the policy of not being able to return a pair of shoes that hurt your feet after you attempted to wear a brand new expensive pair of shoes. NOT EVEN 24 HOURS! I'm not happy with it as a regular customer for that store. I already spent a lot of money there. They lost a good customer for sure and i will make sure to give them all the bad reviews i can.

Really good employee I just bought some Jordan 1 shoes and was so excited until I got home and took off the laces to put different ones on until I notice that the Jordan guy in my shoes was ripped. It's not a big deal because nobody is gonna look inside my shoes. but really good employees and good music.
