They've caused me a lot of billing headaches the past few years. And when I try to call them, the phone lines are usually busy, so I have to plan to waste extra time out of my day when the mistake is on their end. They're also so slow with billing, so I overpaid by a few hundred dollars because the deductable wasn't triggered as met on the side of my insurance company even though it was.

Nothing but pleasant experiences with this facility. The staff on the phone are always so nice and accommodating and even send me sample formula if they think my daughters specialty formula won’t make it to us before she runs out. Great company!

So today I called in to place my order and the customer service worker made me repeat my personal information 3 times on my account. Yes gave my home address and email address the only thing that changed was my cell phone number and even after I gave my old number she wanted me to wanted me to repeat my information to my account again for a fourth time.

30 minutes and counting on hold to speak to an agent about no received items, whilst listening to how important my call is to them. obviously shield thinks foster parents have nothing else to do with their time

I called today about getting incontinence supplies for my mom. This is all new to my mom and I and had so many questions. I talked to this wonderful lady named Krystal and let me say she was so great. She gave me all the information I needed plus some. She took her time with me to make sure I understood how to do everything and was beyond nice. I highly recommend shield healthcare!

It is rae that I speak in such glowing terms about a business, but this one is truly different. If you are a caregiver or are in need of Medical Supplies delivered to your door, these are the people to call. Their knowledgeable telephone support team that will coordinate all communication between your doctor and your insurance company so that you never see a claim form, just an express delivery at your doorstep. Staff is very knowledgeable with respect to obscure critical care supplies such as Ostomy, Urology, and liquid nutrition. It looks like they have a fancy new website these days also. Complementary registered dietician services are a major plus.
