I bought a sleepnumber bed years ago with my husband and he got it in the separation but we also bought me one, we both have pain issues that the first sleepnumber helped with.DO NOT BUY FROM JENNIFER AT BELLEVUE STORE - her only concern is commission and the moment she gets her commission she disregards you as her customer.. and refuses to provide customer service.I must say their beds and their tech claims are not what they used to be and I regret buying it, especially because the person that bought it for me and convinced me to order via text so she would get the commission (Jennifer this is to you - you were no help and kipped me on a $7k bed bec you couldn't bother to listen to what I needed, feature wise, and only saw $$$)The salesperson did not listen to what I needed, and when she called after the bed was delivered to see how I liked it, and I told her I didn't actually get the features I needed... She got so upset at me that she refused to help me and made me call the 1- 800 number instead, one of the bed features posted to my cat, and she actually got insulted that I told her about it being an issue, I did not know this feature would be included since you gave me such a horrible sales experience.It's almost a year later, and I still have not had any good resolution to the screwup that she caused me to have leaving me with a mattress and a base that do not belong together, and would not be sold together by SleepNumber .$8000 wasted, and I have tried to add some of their other added and pricey rings to make it work but it seems all of their claims and all of their new products are pretty much just a load of crap. Especially the Tru, temp sheets and blankets.Just don't, there are plenty of other companies that make adjustable, firm beds, and far better customer service that actually value the customer, and would like to make sure the customer gets what they need from such a pricey product.That used to be SleepNumber, but it's just not SleepNumber anymore, the company has gone downhill and so has their products

Nice shop, but hard to find if you didn't know where it was located in the Southcenter area. Salesmen I dealt with were nice. Beds felt hard to me and were not comfortable (even when moved down to a 50 out of 100). The price of over 8 grand was a bit of a sticker shock for a mid-range bed with almost zero negotiation room. Bought my bed elsewhere.

Sylvester was friendly and helpful. He explained the mattresses well. There was no hard sell. Just showed us the mattresses and gave a little advice, but left the choice up to us. We ended up buying a mattress and two pillows.

Sleep Number Beds are a Scam, Buyer Beware! We are Senior Citizens. We went to sleep number bed in February 2023 to get a new adjustable Sleep number bed thinking it would improve our sleep and health. First off the bed was Very Expensive! The entire bed with adjustable base came to over $10,000! So were were thinking we would get good customer support and a quality product. Second we were told that the bed came with a 100% Satisfaction guarantee. But when we purchased it the guarantee was for "190 nights" but after we received it customer support said it was only "100 nights" The sales person Nathan Roberts was very helpful but didn't make that clear to us. Third off the bed had a nice feet warmer and let us raise up our head and feet which we loved but the main complaint about the bed we had was the edge or borders of the bed had no support. My wife even fell out the bed twice and she hurt her shoulder. The Edge of the bed is not even firm enough for us to sit on and get dressed. This is something they don't explain to you is that a big disadvantage to these air beds is the "Edge Support" is just not there. We contacted the Southcenter Sleep Number store and they said we had to call the Main Customer Support Number. We called them and they said they can exchange or refund the "Mattress Only" but the Adjustable Base is NOT Refundable. They did NOT make that clear during our purchase. We just couldn't tolerate the bed so we kindly asked for a refund. They came back and took the mattress only but left and disabled the base. So we are now stuck with a $5000 adjustable sleep number base and they even removed the Heat / Foot warmer function from the base! We feel like we got Scammed and We do not Recommend Sleep Number Beds to anyone.Update May 8, 2023 We got a message reply from customer support via google message to contact them regarding the bed issues after seeing our review, We were hoping they were going to help us but customer service did absolutely nothing to help.

Did not have a good experience with this brand or their main customer service number. You have to be very careful with what you purchase because they have 100 night trial period that is very misleading. They will exclude certain items that you cannot return (such as an adjustable base) They do not make that clear at the store. There are numerous complaints from consumers online and on BBB website and other forums. (Go check for yourself) for the amount of money that you pay for these beds you expect great customer service but that is definitely not the case. We have purchased a memory foam bed with a same type of guarantee from a nearby store and they exchanged one that was too soft for us with absolutely no issues.

Don't take my word, check their Facebook page and see how many people dislike the beds but more importantly the atrocious customer service. They do delete the most critical comments and block users from commenting if they comment too negatively or talk with other abused customers.Imagine what happens when the bed breaks in a year or so. I have yet to wait less than 40 minutes on the phone, there is no call back option, and I have left messages that go unreturned. The chat can't help but answer sales questions, no actual customer service, the moderators on FB just apologize and can't help, and no email, they make it beyond difficult to get to a person who can actually help. This is their business model. The warranty is not 15 years, it is 1 and is laughably prorated after that. Like I said, check the reviews and the comments. Even if the beds are comfortable or not, it doesn't matter if Customer Service is non existent.

*** Buy this bed. I sleep like a freaking baby now.Ebony assisted us at the South Center location and she was very helpful and informative. She made purchasing the bed and some accessories an easy decision. We're looking forward to a good night's sleep.

Overpriced. Scam as soon as you enter. Small store. No private conversations. No prices shown. Can't control the beds yourself in the store. No bed controls/remotes or very basic. Who wants to pick up their phone in the middle of the night to control their bed. Bed options are limited so you have to choose expensive options and NOT COMFORTABLE. UNTRUTHFUL SALES PEOPLE. I'D GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Pass on this store or regret it!!!

They delivered expensive bed, did not bother to set up correctly because we are old. They didn't put the end caps on any of our bed legs. ( totally taking advantage of us) can we put the bed end caps on each of the legs, no we can't) The right side has not worked at all from day one. I have over 5000 contacts in my contact list, I don't recommend this company.
