Absolutely ridiculous I had an appointment at 8:45 in the morning with sarah. She called the day before to confirm and move my appt to 9am. I arrived at 8:50am. I was then informed that Sarah was not there. Sarah didn't respond to any of the multiple calls or texts over the next 40 mins. I then went to the salon again and asked if she had arrived when I wasn't looking.She was not there and I was informed that this is a regular occurrence for Sarah. The salon was not surprised at all that she was not there. Why employ someone that can't even bother to show to a 6 hour appt worth over $400. Absolute waste of time.
