Just wanted to give a shoutout to the staff at this location, in particular, Jennifer. We came in to exchange items from an online order because once again I couldn’t get the size correct for my teenager’s unusual proportions. We’ve been struggling to find the right size for the last couple years with little success. We’ve gone in to try to get her measured properly at the store next door a while ago but were simply handed a tape measure and told they don’t do that anymore. Jennifer at Soma, on the other hand, actually took the time to properly measure. She also pulled out several different styles as that, she explained, may affect fit and comfort too. She was quite patient and genuinely wanted to help us. Thank you so much from a grateful mother and a now less self-conscious and frustrated teenager who thought she would be comfortable only in sports bras.

I had a very pleasant experience at Soma this evening. Faith was attentive and friendly. She brought me multiple options for bras and helped with the sizing. Excellent customer service!

I had a pleasant experience shopping at Soma in Westfield back in July. I was looking for comfortable, fuller coverage panties, and Sung was very attentive and responsive to my needs. I left with three bras and a couple of panties that fit pretty well.

I have a friend who was really needing to get fitted for a bra and was kind of self conscience. But I Had a amazing experience with soma before. So I trieagain today what my friend. The staff there was wonderful and very helpful. We purchased about a $100 worth of Bra's that was actually Comfortable and fit her nicely. Big shout out to Chelsea who helped us today . She made this first experience shoping for a bra a aferming experience. Thank you

I came in for an exchange, and Star was so helpful! I got the right fit in the new bra, and we also were able to place an order for 2 more items not available in the store. She was super knowledgeable and kind, great experience!

Very bad service. She was trying to clock out and kept bringing me bras that didn't fit. Measured me over my clothes.... very disappointing.

This store is a sister of Chico's. I love the customer service. (I prefer to shop a bit b4 someone comes asks me if I need assistance). It was pleasant and all 3 different occasions, I was treated like I was the only one in the store. (I love how u can bring ur gently used bras for the homeless). I will b back!

I recommend the brand for their quality and this store location for its customer service. I highly recommend Hajera, sales assistant at this location. She helped me with sizing and I left the store with 2 bras. Then, I shopped online for 3 more bras. Without her help, I wouldn't have known my true size and I wouldn't have these beautiful bras. Thank you Hajera! :)

I had totally the opposite experience that some of you have had. The young woman I worked with at that store was new, but wanted to make sure I had exactly what I needed in a bra size and comfort level. She went out from the dressing room to look for different bra styles for me so I could settle on the style that felt most comfortable. Her customer service skills couldn't have been better. Since I wanted three bra's to replace my worn out bras, she needed to order an additional bra for me from the main company, and had it sent directly to my home. She validated the sale price was the same as the store sale price, and I didn't have to pay for shipping. I'm online now to order a couple more bras and was surprised at the negative comments. I'm sorry that happened to some of you, please know that this store does have some good sales people. O Burch
