Needed our old, broken down hot tub removed and called Spa Go via recommendation from AquaQuip. Got voicemail, left a message, and had my call returned within 15 min! Was able to get a quote, scheduled, came out within a week, and now it's gone! Efficient, straight forward, pleasant demeanor- couldn't have asked any more.

Perfect experience for us. They answer calls, return calls, showed up when they said, called us when they said, moved the tub with no damage, flexible payment options, and they were OK with me being a pain in the ass.
