Could be possibly the worst company in the world, shipped out furniture two weeks ago, arrived in Seattle late, rescheduled three times, whenever I try to call I get shoveled over to a call center in Manila. I assume they’re just stealing my things and selling them.I am both the sender and receiver, no communication from TForce freight without hounding them, as that is your lowest-bid, budget provider, with no benefits and minimum wage I'm sure. Their performance, and yours is therefore sitting at about 1.4 on the star scale. Seems the vast majority of all customers are abused by you and your terrible suppliers that you sacrifice your highest paying customers to.

Went there to have passport photos taken. They said they could take the photos and print them on a contact sheet, but they are not allowed to cut or trim the photos to the correct size required by the Department of State due to some sort of potential liability if they cut them the wrong size.

I recently visited the UPS Store to complete my I-9 digitally and was extremely impressed with the service I received. The staff was incredibly patient and friendly, which made the process much less stressful. They helped me navigate the digital I-9 form and the process was fast and efficient. Overall, I would highly recommend the UPS Store for anyone needing to complete their I-9 documents. The staff was knowledgeable and made the experience a great one.

I needed a box to check some art for the plane. Thomas Lee was FANTASTIC! He wrapped it all up so I could check it without fear of it getting wet and hardly charged me anything! It was a great kindness and I will use this location every time I'm in Seattle without fail!

Such a great UPS store. Each time I've visited the employees here are kind and patient. Such a contrast from other UPS stores I've been to. Janet is such a great worker and has a very kind countenance. Additionally there was a taller Asian man when I came previously who was also above standard for service. I make my way to tukwila when I need a UPS store.

Horrible service. Was put on hold when i called, a women answered the phone. Was mid sentence explaining what my problem was only to be cut off and told to wait until they were done talking. I understand that emotions are high because of the holidays but this was unacceptable. Will never go to this store. Customers beware.

Super friendly as I showed up as they were closing to drop off a package for mailing! Most people will reluctantly let you in as they're about to lock the door - if they let you in at all. These guys did it with smiles on their faces. Much appreciated! ??

You ever decided to drive somewhere because you knew you would get there 3 minutes before they close only to find they closed 4 minutes earlier than posted? This is one of those stores. I then decided to go on a Sunday because as of this review it said both on Google and the UPS app that it was open on Sunday from 10am to 3 pm. Yep, it was closed and that was what the hours on the door said. I submitted a edit to both Google and UPS to update the hours. Since the owner responds to reviews on Google they could have updated their hours themselves and prevent customers from waiting their time and gas.

I love this location they are clean, helpful, super friendly! I have been to quite a few locations and they are not all clean. This place limits how many people in location, they held the door for me, you can smell the clean literally. They helped with every step while still social distancing. I prefer this location over other locations honestly. I've been from Everett to federal way and this is my location of choice because of how they handle me as a customer before and after the pandemic. Thank you.

I went to this store today because of the stellar service I found on my last visit. I was not disappointed. Nathan and Ryan were very friendly and open to helping me with my needs for a crashed phone. I recommend this store over the other two around Southcenter. All of the employees that I have met in both visits were friendly, reasonably knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile.

The representatives went above and beyond to give me great service. Randy, Justin and Eric worked together as a true team to check all available offers. I walked in just to pay my phone bill; was informed about my lease and then got a sweet deal on an iPad! I seriously thought it was too good to be true, but like I said, they went above and beyond and now I have a new iPad mini 4. I will definitely be back to the Andover/Southcenter store for any all my questions and needs!
