I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received during my recent visit to your salon. I came in for a haircut with clear instructions about the length I wanted to maintain. Unfortunately, my hair was cut significantly shorter than I requested.
This experience left me very dissatisfied, as the result did not reflect the style or length I asked for. I rely on professional stylists to listen carefully to my preferences, and I feel that in this case my request was not respected.
I value the convenience and affordability of SuperCuts, which is why I have been a customer. However, this experience has made me hesitant to return unless I can be assured that my concerns will be taken seriously and that extra care will be given to following customer instructions.
I hope you will review this matter and take steps to ensure better communication and customer satisfaction in the future. I would also appreciate if you could let me know how this situation can be addressed.

THEY MESSED MY HAIR UP!!!!!!!!
Today I got a hair cut and I told them how I wanted my hair even showing them a imagine of it as well… but who ever the barber is who was a blonde Asian women did a terrible job at doing my cut and I lost almost my hair and did not get the hair cut I wanted!!!!! And now I want my money back

I got the worst haircut today june 27 with Tram. On top of that the asian woman was so mind . She didn’t have any manner. I don’t recommend that place to anybody.

I have been coming back to SuperCuts. I came recently at 10:00. The early morning wasn't crowded. Nothing too fancy: beard trim and haircut. The cut was done quickly and precise. No complaints.

I’ve been seeing Mezey to do my hair. She currently stays up with styles and she’s very good with the color very fast and very courteous thank you Supercuts for having her as an employee and I will go there as long as she is there and follow her wherever she goes!!!!

The haircut was decent. The stylist spent very little time on my hair, and it showed in the results. Not good, but not terrible. The issue I have is that I was billed $68 for a $28 haircut. I left a generous $12 tip and left. Unfortunately, no receipt was given to me. I know for a fact I did not tip $40 for a mediocre haircut. I’ve attempt to contact Supercuts online to get a copy of my receipt but they are not contacting me back. You’ve been warned.

I recently got a haircut with Tram Van and “LOU”, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! Tram Van was attentive to my style preferences and did a good job

Just got one of the worst haircuts I've ever gotten in my life. But when I turned around and came back in and asked for a different barber to fix my hair Khanh fixed it up real nice!!

I recently got my hair cut at Supercuts. It’s an experience I will never forget. Upon sitting in my chair Tram (the stylist) gave me a comb and told me to comb my own hair. I have never in my life heard a stylist tell me to comb my own hair. It’s hard enough to manage my curly hair. Hearing this from my stylist made me feel insecure about it. I was caught off guard.
After the my cut, I questioned why she would make me comb my own hair when it should be part of the service. She raised her voice at me and pretty much gaslighted me and said that I insulted her for asking. I do not recommend people to go to Tram at Supercuts.

I have been going to Super Cuts for years. Kim cuts both my hair and my wife's. She does an excellent job. I'm sorry they closed the Renton shop. It is still worth the drive.

I just got the best haircut I've ever had. The haircut was simple and I wasn't particular about it, but what I really wanted was just for the hairstylist to be super gentle. Other stylists always yank my knots and break hair, but this woman was so gentle and careful. I closed my eyes and we mostly worked in silence which was perfect. I didn't catch her name, but I'll be back. She had glasses and was soft-spoken.
