I have real good experience here with Bashir (Im not sure if I write it correctly bcz I couldn't see his name tag clearly).There was a big problem with my sim. Bashir have to help me for around 3 hour in two days. I can't even count how many time he had to call the customer service for help. Tmobile if you see this you should consider to pay him more haha. To describe in words I'll use professional, patience, enthusiastic. Great work ?

We came in recently, worked with Sara, and had a HORRIBLE experience. Long story short, we came in looking for 2 phones and left with 2 phones and 2 apple watches (keep in mind that we both already have apple watches).We spent over an hour in here with her running back and forth to the back room. She added two apple watches to our transaction without our knowledge until she brought out the bag at the end. We asked if she can remove it and she said “they are part of the package,” implying she CAN’T remove it.We came home, thought about it, and it wasn’t right. If we were going to get charged for two apple watches that we didn’t need, we want to at least pick the model. We reached out to her for an exchange and she claimed that we picked it ourselves and they’ll exchange for an $80 restocking fee.She bundled this in secrecy, so how can we possibly pick it ourselves? She’s a liar and unprofessional for trying to pull such a shady move.End of story, never leave with more items that you need because they’ll charge you a ridiculous restocking just to get their product back. Keep in mind that they also want to burn you out by having you sit in the lobby, then close the deal asap.

Very condescending. They made it very hard to get a sim card.Update- Spoke with the manager JOSH over the phone and he was beyond rude. Hing up in my face and refused to acknowledge or even try to resolve the issue with his employee, Emily.Finally talked to corporate and they were able to give me more insight on store operations. Apparently, they are commissioned based and will blow you off if you're not looking to start a new line or buy a phone. So they couldn't be bothered with my sim card issue.

Disappointing Experience with T-Mobile Test Drive I recently decided to take advantage of T-Mobile's Test Drive program, hoping to assess the network service before fully committing. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The service was plagued with intermittent interruptions and noticeably poor coverage, leading to my decision to return the equipment within the specified return period. What was supposed to be a straightforward process has since spiraled into a frustrating ordeal. Following the return, I've continuously been billed for a service I'm no longer using. Even after reaching out to their customer service, the issue remains unresolved. Their team has shown an alarming lack of ability or willingness to correct these errors, causing needless stress and a financial burden. This ordeal with T-Mobile has been an unwelcome surprise, particularly given their established presence in the telecom industry. I was expecting professional and efficient service but have instead faced a lackluster network and questionable customer support. I'm sharing my experience in hopes that potential customers might be better informed before they decide to sign up for any T-Mobile services. Regrettably, based on this experience, I cannot recommend T-Mobile's Test Drive, let alone their regular services, to anyone looking for reliable coverage and competent customer service.

Wish I could give this zero stars. After stopping into this store to pick up a prepaid data plan I’d investigated online for my trip to Canada, the associate insisted a different one was better, so I went with that. When I got home and looked it up, it said it was a U.S. only plan. I don’t want to be too hard on this guy though, because the three subsequent T-Mobile customer service people I spoke too subsequently to resolve this were equally unhelpful. The entire company seems to have a policy of horrible service and he was just upholding it. Now I am wandering around Canada looking for Wi-Fi in restaurants. I wish I had never heard of this terrible corporation, what a waste of time and money.

Place was horrible I was trying to literally get help with my wifi cause I haven’t got my free month and and this lady (Emily) just yells the entire conversation and when my phone service or wifi in store is not working and I ask for help she just kept saying I can’t do nothing else to help while on her phone instead of trying SOMETHING like dam bro it’s like that. Then so on and so on she makes a call not related to my problem for another employee so I guess customers is the last thing they care about…

more than a year ago we came here and we were not satisfied with the customer service, the staff was very disrespectful to the customers, and we never went back to buy another machine here, but this time back to me I also don't expect much from that to ask about the phone line problem, but there is one staff member that I have to thank.That whyI want to review about compliments for the staff here, his name is Kenneth, very enthusiastic, we came to inquire about the phone line, two days in a row, and he helped us a lot with calling and explanation of questions.

This store is the most helpful store in the Southcenter area. Everytime we have a problem they are extremely helpful...even on things like separating Facebook accounts that have been joined together! THANK YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP, ALWAYS!
