⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I recently visited the T-Mobile store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Erica. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine kindness. Erica's level of customer service exceeded my expectations. She patiently listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to address them.Not only was Erica incredibly helpful, but she also demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the products and services offered by T-Mobile. She took the time to explain different options to me, ensuring that I fully understood everything before making a decision.Throughout my entire interaction with Erica, she remained attentive and focused on providing me with the best possible assistance. Her professionalism and friendliness truly made my experience at T-Mobile enjoyable.I highly recommend Erica to anyone visiting this T-Mobile location. Worst waiting time at this location, this store has a lot potential to make money, but customers are leaving by unresponsive customer service agents. Seems like they don’t care, who comes and go. Please folks find another place to deal with any matter. T mobile hired some lazy people on this store. Shame

I've been a loyal T-Mobile customer for many years. We have 5 lines between all household / family members. Very disappointed with the service received at this location. It took almost two hours to purchase a new phone. I also had to wait while my sales person helped other customers who arrived after me. It should not have taken so long to buy a phone. The sales person seemed distracted. They should train their sales staff better

Wow! This T-mobile location is awesome. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. Loved that the manager was quick to help with my concerns and appreciate the team for going above and beyond. They worked really hard to help me with billing issues and very knowledgeable about their devices. There are few low reviews but don’t let that discourage you from checking their store out. My experience was fantastic. Store is beautifully set up and customer service was super. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!!

Terrible customer service especially the store manager!!! After being a loyal customer for years I went today to the store to pick my phone which was fully paid off after checked in they ignored me and served the order customer who came after me and I felt discriminated! Listen Mr. Manager your salary comes from us ( customers ) you shouldn’t work here and don’t deserve our money!

I called this location before coming to it to check phone availability and the lady was incredibly nice and that's the only reason this location a solid one star. Jacob was the individual who I interacted with in the store. Jacob apparently "runs the floor" as he rudely mentioned numerous times. He was not only rude to me AND my daughter, but he took multiple men before us who arrived after we did. The other associates seemed friendly so we asked if any of them could assist us. He said no because he ran the floor and dictates who helps which customer. I have been with T-mobile for 10+ years and never experienced service like this before. I ended up leaving and buying my phone at the downtown Renton location.

I've never had such a terrible experience. The store manager named Jacob called me liar. During black Friday last year they were offering a promotion in store, where if you buy an iPhone, you get free airpods on rebate. I noticed when I called in recently that I never got the rebate after following the steps. I called customer support and they said I'd have to go instore, because they might be the ones who have to fix this issue.I went in store, and spoke with Jacob, who put no effort into an investigation of the problem. Told me "there is no way I can track that that actually happened, there's no proof of that." Ultimately, he calls me a liar, and says because I talked about it, there no proof. I was outside of the month long promotion period by 4 days, from misinformation from them. And now they're telling me it's my fault, I'm a liar, and I have to pay for it.I feel scammed, stolen from, and degraded. I don't trust this store, especially because of Jacob's lack of an attempt of investigation. This feels completely illegal and shameful.

Kelesi and the closing crew were amazing to everyone who came into the store near closing time. Also on for the workers there on the phone was very helpful with the customer on the phone. I always like coming to this t-mobile no matter what day I come or time everyone is very friendly and welcoming and amazing crew. I would recommend coming to this t-mobile.

We came in to add our friend to our plan and Adrian provided amazing service. He was patient, explained how our phone plan would change and what options our friend had for a new phone. Unexpectedly, he also helped us setup a business number as a fourth line and showed us how to navigate dual SIMs on our iPhone. Adrian went above and beyond and his ability to speak Spanish with our friend made the process much easier. Thanks a ton for all of your help!!!

I came into the T-Mobile store for help with my phone and service,. Fortunately for me, Mr. Soby (Mobile Expert) and Ms. Lynn (Manager) were excellent, very professional and provided me with superb customer service experience. I’ve been wanting to leave to another carrier but they have made me want to stay with you guys. If anyone needs any help with any cell phone needs, these guys are the most knowledgeable and very real about the situations. Love the experience!

We brought over a router that my mom was paying for, but couldn't use because it was in an unservisable area. Bella was our tech and she was AMAZING. Super nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. She made some calls, got the situation squared away, and prepped the package for shipping for us. She literally printed labels and boxed up for us. She also spoke to management and they will be waiving the fees once the package is received at the warehouse. We couldn't be happier with her service, thanks Bella!!
