Racist. Other people got warm welcomes and told about discounts. I walked in with a smile and was told angrily to give them my bag. Other people with bags, white people, got to keep them. But I guess they assumed that as a black person, I would steal. So I handed it over anyway and shopped around. I get to the counter and he starts ringing the person before me up ridiculously slow. "Sorry for the wait" and whispered something under his breath about getting treated equally. Not surprising. Maybe he wasn't, who knows. But I felt uncomfortable. If you're not black, have a blast

I've never been to this store before, and I can assure you that I won't again. I wasn't inside more than a minute, and someone started yelling at me from a distance away, followed up by the guy at the checkout. No, I don't want help. I'm just looking. Don't be a hard sell already.Prices were also higher than across the street at Value Village.

I want to share my experience with this store. My family and I just started shopping ? and I love just about everything when entering the store. The staffs are wonderful, the selections are amazing.Every time we walk in Channel & Leo & one of other person (tall big guy, really sweet and kind, sorry I forgot his name). But everytime we walk in they always welcome us. Chanel always made sure we get the help that we needed and always asked us if there's something we don't see on the floor let her know and she'll double check for the items. Always going above and beyond. They are so chill back and doing their jobs while having fun. FIVE STAR!!Just absolutely genuine, nice, sweet people with great service working here. This store is so lucky to have them!!-jen.

This is one of the most clean and organized thrift stores I’ve ever been to. When I went on the night before Halloween, it was pretty much empty about 15 minutes before closing. They had everything we needed for our costumes and we noticed there is also some really great options in the homewares and furniture section. It looks like they really took care to go through and select things that are in good shape. The clerk at the counter was super super helpful and sweet.

They don't categorize their jeans or pants by actual size, only by "S, M, L". And a wide range of sizes are jumbled together. The medium section might contain anything from size 8-12, which makes it way more stuff to sift through. They don't even print the size on the price tag. It's really difficult to root around and locate the size tags on every single pair, especially since you don't know where it will be (the waist band? near the front? could be anywhere on each one). thrift shopping in a normal store is already slow, but this makes it a million times slower. This store is also really dark, and they were blasting religious country music the entire time. I honestly don't think I'll ever go back, Goodwill is a million times better. Honestly, I'd even prefer the for-profit Value Village over this.
