I’ve been there twice within two weeks the first time I was helped by Jordan, and the second time I wish I remembered their names, but the two employees who helped me were amazing! They greeted me warmly and went above and beyond. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out.

They were exactly what I needed them to be. I had movers coming to unload a U-Box. They had it ready and made the process super easy. The location was easy to get to. No complaints.

It feels weird to want to give a storage unit a review but this was my favorite place I I had my things stored. The price didn’t change for the 2 years I was here, it was always easy, and a majority of the staff have been like-able aside from a few here and there. They also have an area where you can leave stuff after you’ve moved that’s is up for grabs for folks. I think that’s a really cool idea and should be used more places.

I bought an auction storage unit through a website storage treasures. First thing you could see in the picture was a jewelry dresser that had been taped shut with bright green tape. Months later, I actually tracked down the people from the unit through facebook to give them their personal items. Turns out that taped jewelry dresser had to have been opened by a manager or somebody who works at the storage facility and all the jewelry was picked through in the best things taken. Even though that is illegal for them to do so. I know they did it because the people said the tape was not broken. But intact when they were last at their unit and described to me what had been inside it. However, when I arrived to the unit. The tape is all broken and every door had been opened. And many items were taken .They are required by law to put a special lock on the unit once there is a Lien. Put on it. I had my suspicions but. This is a first time i've ever actually come across proof that a storage facility has actually done that, even though many people who buy auction units will tell you they suspect that this happens all the ti me this is a first time i've ever had validation it happened. That's messed up. And illegal! I'll be reporting this to storage treasures, the BBB, and the Attorney General.

My overall experience with Uhaul Duwamish has been good. I used their Ubox service and despite having my ubox closed out accidentally, the local team and especially Jessie F were so helpful and willing to find my box and get it back in the system. They understood the urgency of the issue and it was resolved within a few hours.

This place is like a uhaul-palooza. It's huge and seems like it's the headquarters for everything U-Haul. It's nice and the employees are professional
