Girls here burst into laughter after i entered store and said brand of parfum i wanted,dunno if they were discussing something funny or my accent was funny to them,whatever it is ,its unprofessional and uncouth,and lack of etiquette to laugh out aloud after welcoming a customer in store,am in business and i know its wise to respect all your customers and make them feel comfortable to shop,had wanted to make more purchases but felt soo turned off,and bought one brand of parfum !

Hey! Homophobia surprised me, from the employee here!! I had a friend online, post her face after having her make up done at this location. My other friends and I were interested until I seen an Instagram story from THIS LOCATION’s employee. It’s crazy because I just seen a review from 1 month ago, complaining about the same individual that I’m writing this review about. You’re letting this disgusting person, mistreat customers AND BE ONLINE, representing your brand and be HOMOPHOBIC too?I already contacted ulta and let them know an employee from this location is on social media with inappropriate content , and HOMOPHOBIC content. And they clearly don’t care because the disgusting pig, is still employed! I gave them the Instagram account with the 24 hour story, that was STILL on her page at the time, but it’s not guaranteed the supervisors even seen it in time! The woman on the phone had me screenshot the video and send the screenshot. She told me her computers wouldn’t let her view videos if I had sent that video to her . I have the video saved, just in case but haven’t heard back ! That same employee has other disgusting material on her accounts, and is advertising ULTA on the same accounts. What kind of business is this? LGBTQ PEOPLE SHOULD FEEL WELCOMED, especially at a makeup STORE! 2024 and we have to worry about horrendous individuals! You have a liability working for you, and you don’t care! Companies like Starbucks are facing a boycott and loss of revenue … ULTA IS NOT EXEMPT! Too many ppl speak up, and go VIRAL , and the heat gets turned up on businesses or employees of that business! Companies face consequences everyday!

I had an experience that will last me a lifetime. I’ll be sharing my experience with at least 11 people. Thank you Jack (eye brow artist) and Sarah makeup artist. They were kind, patient and had options that I could chose from. Sarah answered all of my questions, went above and beyond to show me the products and even made sure I felt comfortable. Jack did a wonderful job, eyebrows look amazing!!!I visited today, January 20th around 630.

Jack did a great job on both mine and my mom’s eyebrows. Jack was quick, efficient, easy to talk to, walked us through everything, and did a quality job on our brow waxing.

Kamarea Was very rude and impatient with me. I’ve only ever done one exchange of all the years of me being a frequent shopper at ulta. She had an unprovoked attitude about me not knowing I could go grab another foundation color before starting my exchange. It was a very uncomfortable interaction as I am not a confrontational person.

Im highly upset! i went into the store to buy some items and Nadine the cashier insisted that i apply for a card when i told her i would not be eligible she said i would get 20%off even if I tried. I did it and after i was denied there was NO 20%off Anything! smh! YES i should have just stuck to NO and walked away but she insisted and said to just try it! That many others had said the same and were approved so i did it! SMH. Now my credit score is lower and she gets a commission.= NOT GOOD!!! These cashier need to STOP insisting! …..

ooooof this is rough. I remember working at this location and I absolutely loved it. Speaking to customers about something I was so passionate about and helping people feel beautiful and confident was such an amazing part of the job, but these girls are so uninterested it's sad . They're clueless about basic products and trends that any "Beauty Advisor" would know about . They look at you like you're bothering them and they have the worst attitude . It's just an uncomfortable environment and it sucks.

Was there this evening with my daughter. Didn’t get any help in the perfume department even though there was a blonde haired lady standing there. However another nice employee happened to walk by and asked if needed help. I was looking for YSL LIBRE in the travel size. TAYLOR A. went and checked the back stock and checked the cabinet below. nothing. she even offered to help check online. It’s okay. She was wonderful. Thank you Taylor A for all your help. Even though the item itself was small your help was HUGE!

I used to be very into makeup when I was younger but I had stopped learning new products and techniques since 2017. Recently I’ve been wanting to get back into makeup but my regular products weren’t satisfying me . Something was off about my makeup I had tried so many ways of priming/exfoliating and it would still crease . I decided to go in and ask for a certain brand of loose powder I had heard of from friends and I was informed Ulta did not carry it. Now I was just lost until Samaya recommended me a different powder which I had tried years before and hated since I believed it gave me flashback. She assured me that the different shade in the same powder worked wonders and oh my god it did !!!! Thank you I would have never tried or even gave it a second chance . It looks so beautiful what I have been missing to complete my makeup Thank you Samaya!!!

My review is for Ria at the salon. I went in yesterday scheduled for a haircut and full highlight. She assessed my hair and came up with a plan to help me get where I want to be. She didn’t over do it because my hair was pretty damaged from the last salon I went to. I loved the full price transparency before actually getting the service. Ria is personable and funny, my long appointment felt like it flew by. I got some terrible news during my appointment and Ria was comforting and made me laugh. My hair is stunning! I’ll be back soon :) Thank you, Ria!

Erika is the rudest employee at tukwila Ulta store. I asked her if i can use that 15% off coupon because it was 15% on everything. She told me that I can’t use this coupon because its not on everything. I had to tell her that I tried using this coupon on the same item i am purchasing online. And she rolled her eyes on me and got mad on me.And that coupon worked and she felt embarrassed i could tell.I don’t really do reviews but her awful customer service made me to give 0 points to ulta.I love this storee but Erika was very rude :(
