First shipment, package never arrived, UPS said it did. I'm out $110 product. Now second package never arrived and UPS is saying I went on line today and said to hold it. I DID NOT! The first incident they left a door hanger requesting my signature and written confession stating I never received the package. The instructions said they would be back to pick it up the next day. They never picked it up. Called the manager and he said oh we don't actually pick them up but we're closing your claim so you should be good. Lied, seller gets a notice stating they delivered the package. Once again I lose. UPS has become very unethical and very unreliable.

If only I could give zero stars. My husband ordered a body kit for his car and they said it was supposed to be here Tuesday, we called the day after and scheduled a drop off time for Thursday and still no show. We called again and they wanted to schedule for MONDAY! The worse part is we ended up having to drive over an hour to pick it up ourselves. There is a reason why we paid for shipping. However, the warehouse guys were very nice.

If I could give zero stars I would. Scheduled delivery DID NOT show up during the scheduled time window and we have been given the run-around by customer support ever since. I understand that sometimes deliveries are late during the holidays but there is no excuse for the terrible customer service we've received.

I ordered a package from Amazon a week ago. These jokers waited till the last day to ship it from NJ to WA. It shipped 24 hours before it was scheduled to arrive. I go to track the package and find there is a Customs delay. I call Amazon to find out what this means......they get ahold of a UPS rep and we all get on the phone together. Now we are told a trailer was late getting to the facility in time for it to be shipped again and I would now have to wait for the next outgoing mail. It is Friday.........she said the next outgoing was Monday? I live in Yakima......I'm 3 hours away but it will take UPS 3 days to get it to me? I believe the customs issue is more likely true.....or part of the truth. There are nation wide immigration sweeps this week end and i can't help but wonder if that's why customs is involved with this UPS facility. It would take at least two days to sweep their property and take what's relevant.......then operations as normal on Monday. If it's not this then someone please explain to me why UPS can't get a package from Seattle to Yakima in under 3 days. The package is scheduled to arrive today........it's a present for my daughter birthday that is also today......I ordered it a week ago. Something is fishy at this facility.
