I always ship my things out of this UPS Store. The staff is always friendly. The lines are seldom long, and if they are, they move fast. Highly recommend this UPS Store location!

I’m beyond frustrated with UPS. My package has been taken back three times due to delivery issues, and every time I reach out, I’m told “it was a new employee.” I understand that everyone is learning, but this repeated excuse is not acceptable for a company of this size.There has been a complete lack of communication and accountability. I was not properly informed of delivery attempts, and no clear steps were taken to ensure the package actually reached me. Each failed attempt has caused delays, inconvenience, and wasted time on my end.If UPS wants to maintain customer trust, they need to improve training, communication, and overall service reliability. I expect better.

you guys always say my package is delivered and yet any package i ever get from ups literally never delivers to me. it always says shipped from tukwilla. legitimately every single package ordered thats shipped from ups has never and i repeat NEVER delivered and yet it still says it has

They have Really long delay with their delivery very rude and unprofessional agents Danial is the manager for the Tukwila location he lied to me that you will get your package by tomorrow and it’s been a week I have not received my package.

I had to pay an additional $3.50 to print the shipping label for a package that had already been paid to ship. This is absolutely unacceptable. It’s not a lot of money but it is an extra charge snuck in at the last minute that’s an absolute ripoff especially when I’ve already paid close to a hundred dollars to ship a package. If this is the case moving forward I will ABSOLUTELY be avoiding UPS.

Stopped by a couple (quite literally 2) minutes before close with a package to ship. (I hate being this guy, but there I was….) Staff are really understanding and professional. I’ve been here a couple times when people needed help with random shipping questions or planning and all that, and the staff are always 100% on top of it and friendly.

I don't know where my mail is ending up, but some of it is NOT ending up in my box! This is a disappointment as the rates for mailboxes.......which are NOT printed out anywhere.......are SUBSTANTIALLY higher than the US Post Office. They get a second star for having 24 hour access, which USPS doesn't have. The staff at the front desk is NOT the friendliest! I remember going there 10-12 years ago, when they were MUCH nicer!

The lady on register was so rude. She doesn’t know how to greet a customer. This is the first time ever i experienced something like this. She acted racist towards me and my husband. UPS do better.

This is hands down the best UPS store in the area. I’ve been to a handful of them and this location has THE NICEST staff and great parking. I go out of my way to go to this location!
