I left 9 parcels in their lobby's package drop box 3 days ago and none of them have yet to even be scanned in. As a small business, this is completely unacceptable. I've tried calling 10+times today to see what is happening with these packages and it just rings and then the call goes dead. Sooooo frustrating!

Sent a document with this post office November of 2024 and the agency I sent it to is saying that they never got documents same thing with the post office in Tacoma the grievance I sent to Olympia for Work Source Im getting told they never got that document either and that Olympia never contacted work source back to get a solution.

Top notch post office. No nonsense, quick, efficient, and amazing customer service! Didn’t catch the woman’s name who served me, but she was awesome! Wish all USPS were this on top of it!

👏Great Move! You are still conveniently located in Tukwila. Less parking but it serves businesses better who are not interested in idling in a parking lot to send out business related items.

USPS recently moved and is no longer by the southcenter mall. The new location is in a nicer looking building and there is plenty of parking up front and behind the building. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The asian man was very rude to me and explained it to me very badly. Never coming to this location again!!! all i asked was for them to print me a shipping label because I don’t have a printer at home. And he refused!!!

Self-serve kiosk hours per the website are 24/7. Pulled up on a Saturday night to find the doors chained up. Please update the hours on the website so people don’t drive all the way across town to find the information listed was incorrect.

22nd of Dec, I went to this post office to mail a small package and bought 3 sheets of stamps at $13.20 each; I walked away and forgot them so this morning at 9:15 am, I went back, with receipt, and told Employee Lucy, who 'helped' me, yesterday and she couldn't find them. Mr Lee interrupted and announced loudly, 'you left the stamps, walked away they're no longer yours!!!I I was robbed by US postal employees at this store! They have my stamps especially when employee Lucy stated. " I saw you put them in your purse; IM APPALLED I didn't HAVE A PURSE: I HAD A SMALL COSMETIC BAG with CREDIT CARDS AND THE SHEETS OF STAMPS WOULD NOT FIT IN THIS. SERIOUSLY THIS IS NOT RIGHT!!! IM SO UPSET! Those stamps are with Lucy. They wouldn't even look at the receipt and LIED!!!
