I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but this has to be the worst retail experiences I have ever had . I understand staffing is difficult , but I really hope for your establishments sake that you guys are able to do better than your associate Daniella (4/16 @ 7:00pm) who claims to be the manager of this location . She lacks every single aspect of customer service and she is one of the rudest staff members I have ever encountered.

Like any thrift store there's good days and bad ones depending on what gets donated and what they think they can sell online for more money. If you're lucky they will be busy and good stuff will sneak through for you to buy. It's all a gamble but there is the occasional payoff of you space out your visits and locations.Prices are certainly too high for what they get for free, and they are in no way a charity - so treat them like the business they are. And remember that habitat for humanity and the humane society also have thrift stores if it gets to be too much.Still, if you go in with the right attitude and willingness to walk out empty-handed, you can do well.

So disappointed in this thriftstore. Their prices for used items are outrages. The cashiers watch you like a hawk while ringing up. The cashier literally took items out of my hands acting like I didn't ring all the items up. She felt stupid when I actually paid for all items. Would never shop here again. I will take my business to salvation army and goodwill. Please send your cashiers back to training to learn customer service.

I shop here all the time and never had an issue until today, I entered the store and was followed shortly before I turned around and asked what's going on?They said I need to leave, I asked why?I have done nothing wrong, why am i getting kicked out? They refused to answer me and rushed me out of the store and said I can't come back.... Never providing a reason.Worst shopping experience possible

Hello, I went in to buy and to pay, the one in front came up checking to ask what we were going to turn off with if we were ready to pay. I don't know why she asked if we were already cornering the clothes and she kept bothering me that since we were going to pay, she was an oriental woman, I don't know. If she was the manager or worker or was it racism?

Marlene is so helpful. I didn't know how to exchange items at the self checkout. Marlene guided my every step. She even helped my elderly Dad use the self checkout. We now go there once a week.

Be aware that their policy is not to allow returns on defective non clothe items. In tiny words on ypur receipt it says that. Also in a small sign at the register. So then the manager has to make an allowance that leaves everyone upset. Really lousy customer service.

I find it absurd that this place and also many of there competitors place prices on items that are ridiculous. $30-$40 for shoes that you can get online cheaper. $10-$20 for shirts that are worn and faded some with stains. I understand this is a business and its all about making the most money as possible, but is it just me or do they forget literally everything they have was donated and they have $0 cost for products. I know rent, payroll, electric, insurance. Etc. Etc. But why are there some thriftstores that operate under the same parameters and they can offer way lower prices and still stay in business. One for example is literally across the street from this location and they have realistic prices and very nice store. But it seems apparent that this business and the other one that rhymes with Schmood-mill are only about making the most $$ as possible with crazy prices. Don't get me wrong you can still find a deal every once and a while but thats only if something slips through there fingers and makes it to the floor.

They should take the time to better organize their products. It feels very crowded and all over the place! Hard to find what you're looking for. Although they've got a great selection of gear for all sizes , ages && genders...

They're never going to re-open their dressing rooms, which is annoying as all hell. Also, worst return policy ever. On the receipt it states: "The value of the exchange will be credited toward same day purchases." So if you don't find anything to exchange your item for that day, you're out of luck.
