The person in the store had no interest in helping me with issues I was having with my phone. He kept looking at his phone like we was playing a game and seemed too busy to help. He kept saying call 611..I can't help you. He did not ask any questions or asked for my account. I have to say it was the worst service i have EVER received.. this person needs to be fired.

Duy/Yee was very good, transaction was quick and professional even with the phone hiccup. I really appreciated the no nonsense and laid-back approach.

I had the worst experience ever, I was a customer of t mobile for 17 years, me and my brother came to Verizon with 8 lines, the representative named “Yee” promised the experience would be seem-less and easy smh, full of lies and deception. Him and his manager not only had me and my brother there an hour past the closing time at 8pm pst, they also didn’t transfer our numbers properly which “Yee” promised they would. The manager also said at one point that “we can reverse everything and you can go back to T-Mobile” in a threatening manner. My frustration level is at an all time high, I’ve never received this level of disrespect when conducting business with a major retailer.

I recently went into this store because I needed help setting up my Apple Music and Disney apps through Verizon. Customer service was amazing here! The staff is friendly, and attentive to their customers’ needs. I would highly recommend this location and will definitely return if I need assistance again.

I went in to the store just to see if it would be worth it to switch carriers, Mike was friendly and super helpful! It was kinda busy but they were able to answer all my questions without feeling rushed! Highly recommend this location!

Do not call the store # if you want to get in contact with the store! It will only direct you to "customer service". This is one of the few real Verizon stores, not an Authorized Retailer (Do not buy from authorized retailers). I usually have a great experience here, staff and management well knowledgeable and friendly. The only reason I will be giving a 1 star review is in hopes that management will see and update their store phone # to the actual store phone #. Please update and I will remove the 1 star or change to 5 stars once fixed. Thx management!

They sold us a defective Apple Watch and wanted $50 to exchange it. Considering taking all of our devices elsewhere. Colossal waste of time and terrible customer service.

The WORST ever Customer Service..I Went into this Store because I wanted to have the Information transferred over from my old phone to my New and get help setting up the new phone. I was met at the door by Mike Robinson who said he was the manager.. I told him what I wanted he said I would have to wait NO problem then he told me it was $35 for the transfer I asked why because it was a New phone purchased form Verizon. He explained how all stores Apple Best Buy etc all are charging for this service. No problem I will wait my turn. Then Kiet(the poor CS service person) came to help me.. He didn't talk much so I was trying to strike up conversation but his salesman skills didn't allow him the words that would help him make conversation. As he is transferring information over I tell himnI am interested in a New Watch and a Phone case and a cord for the car. He attaches the phone and it says it going ro take 15mims he walks to the back without saying a Word.. 15mins later he emerges from the back NO watch no case no cord, he proceed to Help a different customer standing in the que. I figured since My phone had ticked down and he did not return to me I ASSUMED that my phone must have been complete, Because who in customer Service doesn't return to the Customer they were preciously helping.. So I grabbed my phone and went to the car just trying to understand the sitution. So I go back into the Store and the Mgr Micheal Asked "WHAT are you doing Back?" I explained that I thought my phone was finished but it wasn't so I need tobhavr the phone set up completely.. He then stated that I needed to wait til someone was available, Because Kiet was still helping the Other man that he didn't come to me to complete my task. So after a 10min wait Kirt finally came back to me and his words were What do you want me to do??" Being upset I raised my voice a bit because Both Micheal and Kiet were stating it was my fault my phone was Not complete because Kiet said I should have told him he was helping me when he started helping the man that was waiting. Where do I even do something like that? Kiet said my inability to communicate in my behave was then my problem. He Siad if I wanted to apologize for being rude he would continue to help me.. I was even more upset and said a few choice words at the behavior or this employee and the worthless manager Micheal.. Will I was talking Micheal decided he had enough and Demanded that I leave HIS store.. I asked what kind of Customer service is this.. He said leave and I am goin to close you account so you don't bad CS. I left HIS store and called Customer Service so that my Service would NOT have been disconnected.. 15years with this company and These are the type of people that Verizon feel is the Cream of the Crop and allow them to do this over and over to people . I have read other complaints about Micheal and yet he is Still there it MUST really be HIS store. Iam very disappointed at the service I recieved. Never have I had to pay for a service NOT receive the service and be insulted and told to leave But I guess Verizon does not care about the Customer cuz these terrible employees work there and steal money forbthe company and throw people out of HIS Store and it's Ok

I went in to see if they could track down the owner of a Verizon phone I found and return it to them (I dropped off the phone to a representative). They thought I was trying to sell it to them, saying they couldn't give me anything for it. Not sure what that was about.
