WARNING: DO NOT CHOOSE Wells Fargo for business account needs. WF failed to set up my account properly 4+yrs ago so they ask just asked me 4+ yrs later to fill out a missing beneficiary form. I did so at the branch as soon as received the one and only letter in the mail (did not even receive a phone call warning). The branch staff was friendly but "loss prevention" aka the virtual customer service teams still could not lift the hold on our account after spending hours trying to reach the proper dept via WF CS lines to find someone to fix the issue. Only to have them still close my business accounts without proper communication back to me, leaving us in a lurch, forcing us to open a new business account elsewhere to ensure our business transactions are uninterrupted, because they no longer want my businesses due to a paperwork mistake created by themselves! I am spending days of work to set up all new accounts elsewhere and redo all our ACH bill payments. Even the branch associates complain of getting proper help for their customers due to lack of system processes and escalations. I have never experienced such disregard, lack of ethics, and disrespect to customers from a bank. Avoid WF at all costs!!! No stars but this forces me to select a star!

Horrible service. The personal banker on site seemed unsure of how to hold a conversation, ask questions, or answer questions. There were prolonged moments of silence and staring until ultimately I decided to end the conversation and take my business to a different branch.

I had my worst experience at this branch. I took out cash and they gave me mixture of new and old 100 bills. It turns out that the 4 of the 5 old 100 bills they gave me were counterfeit. When I came back to them, they denied that they gave me the fake money. Now I lost $ 400 because of the incompetence of the staff at this branch. So if you were told that banks don’t give counterfeit money, this branch does.

Been banking with wells fargo for 10 years and this branch has always been helpful.Today I came in for a change of adress and was helped by a teller named Luana, she was very professional and got me in and out of there quickly and without any problem whatsoever.I will always take the time to review when treated in a professional manner!.Thank you wells Fargo andLuana!

There is something tonal about the English language that makes genuine hospitality really hard to fake.Sure wish I had waited in line at a different location today. This branch could be the gold standard for that the typical mediocre syrupy toned "friendly"... P.C. yet slightly aloof "millennial style service" I try to avoid.I shan't return.

I have always had excellent experiences at this location. Staff is friendly, efficient, professional, and the lobby is well-lit, clean, and bright.

I have never really liked this location. Now in September 2021 it really sucks. Can never get ahold of anyone on the phone they don't make it easy. I only need a money order can't seem to get one through drive-through. Drive-through is always filled because the branch is closed right now. I don't drive. This world is making everything impossible. I think the bank branches can open now. Our world still has to move. I called 4 times yesterday waited for the next available teller for 45 mins each time. This experience right here that I've been having for about a week now he's actually going to make me change my bank. I had to give a star or I would have gave them a zero

Went to make a deposit on 5/26/2@ around 2pm drive through lanes we're all closed. Called the bank and no one answered. Came back about 40 minutes later all drive-thru lanes were still closed. Tried to call the bank again and no one answered again.Happened again 6/14/21. Called into their corp they had no idea and also could not get ahold of this branch. Go somewhere else they shutdown whenever they feel like it.Sent an email to the person that responded would only help me if I gave them a bunch of my personal information.
