Sheila at the Tukwila Walgreens is not professional at all. She embarrassed a child who was nearly having an accident and had to use the bathroom. I understand there is store policies and the fact she wouldn't come talk to me face to face and how she talks to her employees is so sad. I would or could never work for someone like her. I could hear her talking down to her staff on the other side of the phone. It's crazy because she allowed my husband to use the restroom 2 weeks ago when we were there but my 6 yr old niece could not use the restroom??? when I called her she was rude and showed no class at all. I have been a resident and part of the Tukwila community since 4th grade.

If I could put negative stars, I would I walked into this Walgreens tonight after not having even walked into the store in the last six months, I was immediately told that I had to leave with my service animal because apparently me and my service animal had been in the store the other day and pissed on the floor, which there was no way that could've happened because I haven't stepped foot in that place in months and months then the lady proceeded to try and say that I couldn't even be in there with a service animal so it changed from one story of you can't be in here cause your dog peed in here, and then the excuse changed to you can't have your service dog in here. I don't care if it's a service dog. hostile and disrespectful treatment to a disabled person with a service animal is inexcusable.

Came here for a vaccination for my 4 year-old even though we live in Renton. This was the closest place available when we went online. There are two windows; one for prescriptions and one for vaccination. We waited at the vaccination window while 3 people (two who arrived after us) were helped at the prescription window. I noticed 5 employees working. One worker at the drive through and one at the customer windows while 3 others worked in the back. Our 2:30 appointment was finally acknowledged at 2:35, about 12 minutes after we arrived. After completing paperwork it was another 15 minute wait before we were vaccinated. We do appreciate that they let us use the bathroom, which was closed to the public (but still surprisingly dirty).

This Walgreens pharmacy is potentially doing harm to the customers who rely on Walgreens to fill their prescriptions in a timely manner. They are closed early and often and are chronically in short supply of prescriptions and pharmacy employees. The last straw for me was finding out the pharmacy was closed for three days in a row when I needed antibiotics to treat a serious kidney infection. So when I was able to have the Rx sent to a different, open pharmacy, Walgreens had already billed my insurance (even though they weren't open). Long story short, I had to pay $88 for medicine that should cost $5 with insurance, and lagged so much in my antibiotic that my health was in danger. I know there could be supply issues and staffing shortages around the country, but I've noticed Rite Aid is fully staffed. Maybe Walgreens isn't paying people enough.

We came here to get a vaccine for my four year old. While we were waiting for the 15 minutes after the shot, my son had to use the bathroom. The pharmacy said we could get a code from the front register, but when we went up there the man working there refused to let him use the bathroom. My son ended up wetting his pants and was crying, and their staff person literally responded with a shrug. We won't be back. If Walgreens is going to offer vaccines to young children and they have to stay and wait afterward, they should be prepared to allow young kids to use the bathroom.

The pharmacy is the worst. seems like their "system" is always down. I've had some meds refilled too often others I can't seem to get filled and have to have my dr call . They have even closed midday due to unforeseen issues. This can be life or death for some people. They are incredibly rude to my husband who is one long term pain meds. He goes to a pain clinic monthly for multiple issues do to a severe car wreck ( we were hit by a drunk driver ) yet they treat him Every Single Month likes ha is a junkie. He will call the day they are due and they tell him they won't be ready by midday , yet when I call they say 20 mins. We are truly Fed Up.

I have come to this Walgreens everyday this week. Either they forgot to fill a medication, miscommunication, I called ahead to see if I can have a family member pick up my meds and was told yes. Then a medication wasn't given to the family member that showed up. I understand pharmacies are busy but to come almost 5x a week due to errors is a bit much.

No big surprise here, but the pharmacy staff is going to make you wait no matter what. Staff is rude, lazy and inefficient. I had called ahead and made an appointment so there would be no delays and I still had to wait over an hour.

The drive thru pharmacy............. Shouldn't even exist because you have to put your car in park it takes soo long. I've never waited soo long in my car. It's like a drive in movie without the freakin movie! Just, sitting, and that's with only 3 cars. Every.single.time......

Horrible! I got my covid test done here and they lost the specimen. I am a nurse and I needed the results to go back to work. Also they say they can't help you get your results although they are the ones doing the test! Well just so I could go to work I had to go and get another test at GS labs. GS labs is way better! Rapid testing. Thank god for them. Do not get your covid test done here.

The manager at location is very rude and disrespectful to the customers, today I went to this Walgreens Because they have WesternUnion inside. It was my first time sending money with western union. And the customer service girl was rude and unprofessional in a very way, after she started disrespecting me and my sister I told her to call her manager, she said “ well I’m the manager there is nothing you could do about it” Her name is D’nesha , I took a picture of her badge. She was also being mean to the customer that was before me. On her badge it said shift lead it didn’t say manager. And I would say a person like her don’t deserve to be working with customer.

This is my neighborhood Walgreens. It's helped in a pinch quite a few times so I can't be too harsh. The only thing that gets me about this location is the SERVICE. They're usually pretty nice, but damn, they are sloooow. I've been here to send/receive money via Western Union and it's always a super tedious process. Then again, I'm apart of the generation that's tethered to Venmo and Cashapp, so maybe my millennial heart just needs to sit down and eat some avocado toast to settle my nerves. Service aside, the bathrooms here are terribly dirty. Do not use unless you might actually go on yourself. All that aside, I truly do love Walgreens. They've got cool products you won't typically find other places and they're awesome for shopping for small gifts (Valentine's Day, Easter, etc. - always a great selection). I mean, it's a Walgreens. You're gonna go when you need to.

If I could rate this store a zero I would. This store used to be my go to Walgreens since it was the nearest one. This is also the drugstore where I always pick up my prescriptions. Unfortunately, I visited Walgreens Tukwila just today, February 23, 2019 to pick up my orders that I had placed online. I didn't have any idea how to pick it up, so I went to ask the cashier where can I get my orders online. She called her workmate at that time named Zuriya/Sureya/Zuriah (not sure how to spell her name because she didn't have a name tag) to help me. They asked me to go to photo printing section. So I did. This white lady named Zuriah treated me in a very RUDE way. Such a bad customer service! I don't know if its because of my race or what. She handed me my order like as if I ruined her day. I am not sure if she don't like her job or she's just naturally like that to customers. I am very upset with what happened, and I will never order online again for sure.
