Waited 40 minutes and never did get to drop off my old equipment. I watched 2 "greeters" sit at a table doing nothing while 2 other employees actually worked with customers. Another employee sat at a station looking at his phone like he was on a break or something. Do I need to make an appointment for this dreadfully minimal task?I will, but only if I am guaranteed not to wait a minute past my scheduled 30 second task.Comcast.....reevaluate your in person customer service. The lack of incentive and motivation in this store was discouraging. When I see "greeters" watching customers wait, I see $$ wasted and pointless employees. The greeters' unnecesary prescence actually makes people less comfortable and wondering why they must wait (time IS money) so long when the "greeters" could be trained to at least handle the quick task customer visits. Are all stores living this culture? Can you recommend a store near Burien, WA that I could make that quick visit actually a quick visit? It's a DVR, power supply and remote. I promise to take only one minute of the store's precious, precious time away from the rest of the impatiently waiting customers.

Jacob hooked it up. I came in with a broken phone so we had to jump through some hoops. He never once complained and super communicative. Got me a free new phone and it only cost me $45 for unlimited. Xfinity knows what they doing. Great store and experience.

Bryan (or Brian) was kind, helpful, and quickly got me set up with my internet equipment. Thanks!

In order to get a receipt to drop off equipment you need to wait in a que. To just drop off equipment. Took 30+ minutes to just drop off a modem.

Asked an employee at this store if I could change my plan for internet to a cheaper one since I saw something about it on their website. He said there was so such a thing. Today, a month later, I tried to cancel my account over the phone with Xfinity agent, and they offered half a price plan with same speed and all. It’s ridiculous.

Went in to exchange my TV remotes, the lines at the door. I was getting ready to leave. But! The manager on Duty Making sure that everyone was checked in for Service. Therefore, the lines moved fast. I was on my way out in less than five minutes..forgot his name, But! Tall handsome, young man who knows his customer service..❤️

Attempted to return a modem in person after discontinuing service at 11:30 am on Monday 11/6. The front person said I could drop it off but could not give me a receipt unless I waited 30 min to meet with a customer service tech. I’m not dropping off my modem without a receipt. Comcast needs to update thier technology to allow people to return equipment quickly. Really dropped the ball. I left and went to a UPS store to have it packed and shipped and Comcast can pay to have it returned

Service is terrible. I’m going to switch to another provider. If you are going with Xfinity, be prepared for below1. Customer service disconnects calls often2. Long wait time to talk to agent to support3. Service technicians do not complete request fully and be ready to pay $100 if you need to follow up to fully fix.

Trying to get help with a technical problem is pretty much impossible! The phone system is truly THE WORST I have ever dealt with. Then I notice on their website there is a number you can call to speak directly with a representative...however when it rings and connects, it gives you the busy signal. No wait list, just the busy signal! Obviously Service means nothing to this Company! We had an appointment for an in home service repair for today between 1 and 3 pm, but they canceled that call because of a "technical glitch", yet they didn't have the decency to call us and let us know they would not be coming out today! So after going through the lousy phone system again, we get through via a text system, which is how we found out about their technical glitch, and we are now waiting for the next available repair date/time to be assigned to us...still waiting...finally got a new date/time.

Even the pictures in maps shows it boarded up. This is the way it should be. The people working there only care about getting a paycheck and not helping people. It doesn't help that Comcast as a company is even worse. I have never seen a company try and screw people as much as Comcast does. Now I know why people have been cutting the cord.

Such a predatory company from the top down to the front line workers. Maybe Comcast isn’t as bad as their child Xfinity, but the employees and the company operate in a predatory manner in all aspects. I’ve lost all respect for this company and will never give them any money that I don’t absolutely have to.

Great service and the best Internet, cell phone service (by far,) TV, and home security services. Very knowledgeable staff and cool store. I highly recommend stopping by if you don't have any of those services and signing up.

The service was pretty good although I was told I’d have my phone in two days if they ordered it not 6-7…
