Great back to school sale this year. Sweatshirts for under $25, shoes for under $50, half off backpacks. Everything Store wide was 40% off somethings 50% and even bigger savings on already marked down items. I got the taekwondo for myself for $40 regularly $80.
My only complaint is the staff isn't always very friendly or helpful.

Very disappointed with the return experience at this Adidas store. When I made the purchase, I specifically asked about the return policy and was told that items just need to be unworn and returned with the receipt. However, when I came back to return them, they insisted on seeing the credit card or an ID—something that was never mentioned before. Even after I showed the credit card, they demanded a signature, which I wasn’t comfortable providing. I reminded them what their own staff told me, but they refused to process the return. Very frustrating and misleading experience.

There May 17th , brunette female manager or could have been an employee was very rude to my wife and children. We had handful of items and my wife had to put some down to reorganize but she was yelled to pick up the items and her with my kids were told to move out of the isle as she mentioned they have a high theft rate insinuating that they were going to steal. Further more she never offered any assistance to carry some of the items to the checkout. With such poor customer service we left everything there . Extremely bad look for such a great brand.

Just a reminder. I feel I got ripoff... my military discount was not honored. I've been going to this place for some time now. But recently on mothers day. I got ZERO discount. Nice promo adds. They even give you and hand out discount coupons but then again. Just to warn everyone. NOT all is included. Read the fine print. I guess. And you can tell. There enthusiasm in trying to explain why I can't used my military discount.

The white lady manager was very mean. I found a defect with the shoes. And checked with staff that was the only one with the size, and told us we can get a discount for that. But the white lady manager ignored the defect and was very rude. Denied the discount which was promised by the staff and just said buy it or can walk. Never go to there again.

Most ridiculous return policy ever. Wont process a return with a receipt alone. And wont process a return with a credit card alone. Pain in the butt if you travel from another town. The manager is not helpful and needs to go! Better buy online!
