Came in earlier this afternoon (8/14), and was greeted by a very friendly girl with curly hair but other than that was made to feel completely unwelcome by the rest of the staff. I was in a group, and each of us had a very unfriendly experience while paying. The cashier very unfriendly to each of us, she was noticeably rude to the customers. Very short, no eye contact or polite language. Another employee on the floor was wearing AirPods. Being a young employee does not excuse being rude, there are still expectations to meet when working in customer service. 👎👎

Went there for pickup tonight at 7:50pm. Store hours and pickup info said they are open until 9:00pm on Fridays. Unprofessional service.

They kicked us out the store before even 7pm we walked in at 6:26pm!!! super unprofessional to tells us they were going to close already when we walked in 34 minutes early ! This was Tuesday 4/25/23 definitely should check up on your staff!

Great Aero. They store is organized, well maintained and has a lovely staff. My teenager loves their clothes and they are well made at good prices. Staff is very helpful and always around which makes it nice when you need a fitting room. Exchanges are easy and just overall a good store

The mall website says masks are recommended yet this store was requiring them? Wow, so discriminatory! Do you realize that all the customers wearing masks still had their eyes uncovered? The cloth covering their noses and mouths do nothing to prevent the spread. All you are doing is losing customers who won’t visit your store when this is all over! Some people can’t wear masks and other stores at that mall did not discriminate against those people.

this place was used to in metro town but as we know the company is bankrupt and now it’s only available in america in canada it’s all store are closed now this place used to be good seller of cloth for all ages as they price was always cheap nd quality was up middle class nd working ppl jus love this place as these cloths can be used at work beach and other places
