“Updated: Eric finally contacted me. Apparently, he was not alerted about the VMs and texts I sent him, so he is investigating. He issued a partial refund and came out to clean the exhaust tips as promised. I would have given 5 stars however based on the communication issues I had to take off 1 star. In the end they did a good job and I'm happy with the results.
I contacted Opulence to detail my Porsche Boxster. I received an email quote for the full detail - Signature of $300 plus tax. I got a call the same day asking if I had questions. I said since my car is mid-engine, a steam cleaning of the engine would not be possible so instead could I have the exhaust tips cleaned. I was told no problem they would do that instead. The crew arrived Monday at the appointed time and completed the job. After they left I saw the exhaust tips were not cleaned and I called with my concern. Obviously, the promised substitution was not communicated to the detailing crew. I expected an apology and either a return visit to complete the job or a partial refund. I also received no receipt for the work (hard copy or email). The phone number goes straight to voicemail with instructions that if urgent to leave a VM or send a text. I've since left 2 voicemails and 3 texts with no reply. I had intended on having them back to detail another car but will look elsewhere for my detailing needs. If you have problems or concerns with their work they will not respond.”

“We’ve been bringing our cars to Mark and the team at Z Sport for over 20 years. Of course, they always fix them. But what’s really impressive is they go beyond just the reason you’ve brought the car in (today was an oil change), and check other things (like tire tread) to ensure their customers stay safe. They’re extremely knowledgeable and are more than happy to share their knowledge. In fact I just listened to Mark talk with a customer for 20 minutes about general car maintenance, the best and worst cars for repairs, the importance of proactive maintenance, etc. The waiting room is comfy, the restroom is spotless, and the Keurig pods are plenty!”

They finished within the estimated timeframe and the car looks brand new. Gabriel did a fantastic job and worked super hard. We will definitely be back and will bring my other car as well.
