My daughter just went in there today to get some business attire for her FBLA trip this next week. They ended up charging her over $400. She wasn't sure she wanted the items and they convinced her to get them. I do not appreciate how they swindled my teenage daughter at a $400. All sales are final as you cannot even return it. I do not recommend buying from the store.

Absolutely atrocious customer service when it really matters. After making a return, I was sent a "merchandise credit" card in the mail. When I went to use the card, the balance was $0. This seemed like a simple issue that could be quickly resolved; however, I have since wasted tens of hours on the phone with customer service and exchanging emails with no signs of any resolution in sight. What's more, Brooks Brothers customer service has provided me with ZERO substantive updates as to why my card has a $0 balance. In effect, this company has stolen hundreds of dollars from me, continues to tell me that they are working to resolve the issues, yet, weeks later, the issue remains unchanged. Please do NOT give your money to this company.

The old female sales representative at this store was quite rude to Asian costumers. Seemed a bit racist. Costumers are not supposed to fold all the clothes at the shelf when selecting clothes. She just yelled at others telling that was a mess.

Their product is top-notch – the quality and durability are seriously impressive. We have been using their products for a while now. And let me tell you about the pretty Italian sales associate – she was fantastic! She knew exactly what size would fit my husband comfortably, even before he tried his regular size that was fitting him strangely. It was like she had this magical sizing sense!

Excellent, friendly, and polite staff. Niko was a great help taking my measurements and, despite my size not being available, offered several suggestions for where I might find a suitable retailer who might have them in stock.
