Very poor customer service! Be careful at the free products that come with your purchase, you will get charged for some and no money return. They make you feel that it’s still your fault for not checking and once you pay they don’t return any money back for products that actually you didn’t need or intended to buy.

Had the worst experience with one of the employees there. It was on 2/10/24 around 12:15pm when I walked into the store with my 1 year old son who was strapped in his stroller with a snack tray attached eating a piece of bread. The associate asked us to leave because he was eating! I didn’t realize a 14month old who wasn’t capable of touching anything would be such a disturbance that we were forced to leave!!

Need to update hours. Have been very inconsistent with the times they are open. Sometimes have been open shortly after eight, and mostly not. As well as closing ridiculously early in the day. Great store with great deals, my lady loves it! But not consistent so you never know if they'll be open or not

If I can give minus stars I would. In general it’s a store with sneaky rules and deceptive info.FIRST!!! Think twice before you buy, everything is FINAL SALE.1. The store sales contains very sneaky rule, so not everything applied to the promotion. Don’t ever trust the sales person’s words that about everything is on sale.2.Do you research before going! It can be quite deceptive. The sales person wouldn’t disclose to you if they are selling the old version product or the discontinued items.3. Make sure you check the batch code about producing time. I found about the product I bought was produced in Sept. 2019 (3 years ago). When I called and made a complaint, the sales people told me that the shelf life was 4 years while the official customer care service line from Esteer Lauder told me it should be 3 years. (Obviously the store sales was just trying to deceive me again.)They’d like to deceive their customers to make it a sell, it’s quite unethical after all.

Best customer service ever. Store in NH did not have the product I wanted so she (Nora) recommend I call Georgia. They had what I wanted at a cheaper price and mailed it to me. But what I want to say is the customer service is excellent. The young women I spoke to in both states were so cheerful and helpful. Loved it love the store

I have shopped at this store in Atlanta. People there are lovely! Warm and welcoming as always. But I cannot say the same about the one in Seattle premium outlets. The staff is just off. They will not proactively inform you about any deals or discounts which you can get. Also, they have made their own rules, like you cannot get more than 5 brushes from a brand. I’m not talking about the same brush. You cannot buy more than 5 different makeup brushes from a brand. I know for sure that you can. Because I always did in the Atlanta store. Also they were passive aggressive about it. They did not pass the vibe check ?
