My wife and I like crocs and unfortunately, this is the only croc location in the Seattle area. The only problem with the local store is they don’t carry any sizes for my wife. She has small feet and needs size 5 1/2 in women.

Why are Crocs so expensive? This store is decent and little. The people are friendly enough but dang! Crocs should not be$55 for an adult pair.

Don't buy Crocs. They are cheap, overpriced, break easily and do not last. They also will not stand behind their product. Buy from another company that has quality and cares for their customers.

I took my daughter to the Crocs store at Seattle Premium Outlet, and she absolutely loved it! They had all the charms she wanted and even more to choose from. She was so excited that she picked out several extras for her mother too. The staff was helpful, and the selection was great. If you’re looking for a fun, well-stocked Crocs store, this is definitely the place to visit!

Comfortable Footwear, Limited Selection. The Crocs store offers a variety of comfortable footwear options, but with some limitations.Product Variety and Quality:
The store features a decent selection of Crocs footwear, including classic clogs, sandals, flip-flops, and shoes for adults and children. The quality of Crocs products is generally good, known for their comfort and durability. However, the range of styles and colors available in the outlet store may be more limited compared to full-price retail locations.
Affordability and Value:
Crocs at Seattle Premium Outlet offers discounted prices, making it more affordable to purchase their footwear. The value for money is reasonable, especially for those looking for comfortable and practical shoes for everyday wear or specific activities.
Store Atmosphere:
The atmosphere in the Crocs store is functional but lacks the aesthetic appeal found in some other retail outlets. The store layout is straightforward, with products neatly displayed. While the ambiance is not particularly memorable, it serves its purpose as a place to browse and try on shoes.
Customer Service:
Customer service at Crocs is average. Staff members are generally helpful when approached but may not actively engage customers unless assistance is requested. More proactive assistance and product knowledge could enhance the overall shopping experience.
Location and Accessibility:
Located within Seattle Premium Outlet, Crocs is easily accessible with ample parking. Its location within the outlet mall allows for convenient shopping alongside other stores and dining options, making it a practical stop during a shopping excursion.
Overall Experience:
My experience at Crocs at Seattle Premium Outlet was average. While the store offers comfortable footwear at discounted prices, the limited selection and average customer service prevent it from achieving a higher rating. However, for those seeking practical and affordable footwear options, Crocs at the outlet is worth considering.

Extremely unprofessional. My kids love Crocs and I spend good amount money at this store. They have lost me as customer. 2 of employees need training. They love to argue with customers. No wonder why they are short staffed. Poor retail customer service.

Employee named Kristina looked at my daughter then proceeded to throw a charm hard to another associate nearly hitting my daughters face (who is 11)And laughed about it. Mad me pretty angry how careless she was behaving. Not going there again, only reason is because it just has gives the coma bad look when they have employees that act this way.Otherwise clean and nice store

The store itself is good, but there was one associate that had no customer service qualities, at all. I don’t know the name of the associate, but he is a man of black race with big, puffy, curly hair and he is thin as well. I think he’s relatively new. When I went to the cash register to pay for my items, he never said a word to me during the whole transaction. As I was leaving, I said thank you to him and he didn’t even respond. I work in retail as well, and that is no way to treat a customer and is completely unacceptable. He needs to learn to treat his customers with hospitality because he’s getting paid to do so. If this problem is not addressed to him and if nothing changes, then it will no longer be worth it to come back to this location.
