We waited in line for over 15 minutes. 2 clerks and possibly the manager at the counter. No one greeted us. Once one clerk was done with their family that they were helping, they just walked away. We did not purchase anything.

Gap Factory Outlet is not the same anymore, there were very limited merchandises, no soft sleeping pajamas. I used to come here for all Gap clothing, but not anymore.

Fewer fitting rooms for a store of its size. I’m not waiting in the line of 10+ people to try out one item. I would rather spend my money on stores that respect my time.

The store manager, Jennifer, needs a customers interaction training. During a recent sale, they effectively took clothing from my possession to give it to another customer saying that the other customer asked for it before me. Won’t be visiting ever again!
