No call just an email which I didn't see until the day before my item was supposed to be picked up so I called the store and had them hold it for longer. Went to pick it up and the female sales clerk was very unfriendly and it was almost like I Disturbed her day by wanting to pick up my items. Never had such a weird experience. Items nice but will not be returning.

They have lots of clothes that teens or young adults would like but its usually packed with long lines for both check out and the fitting room. The clothes are usually just messed up pilled onto eachother it feels like digging through a bin at goodwill .

Skip this shop if you are in hurry. They run return and purchase line with just one person. Two other people showed up to fix the return situation but failed to open the cashier line to process people that want to BUY. Lack of training not lack of staff. Lack of common sense at that, too.

My little sister was in the dressing room changing and one of the workers (a male) didn’t knock on the door and continued to put his keys in and slam the door open hitting her against the wall and then laughed it off.

I would like to share my delightful experience while shopping with my family at the Hollister store located in the Seattle Premium Outlets in Marysville today. The store was not only impeccably clean but also wonderfully organized, making it easy to navigate through the various sections.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff members-Adamari, Maddison, Sabrina, and Maylee.
They were not only friendly but also incredibly attentive, promptly addressing all our questions and needs with a genuine smile. Their helpfulness made our shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free.
We left the store feeling satisfied and excited about our purchases, and we will definitely be returning in the future. I wholeheartedly encourage anyone looking for a fantastic shopping experience to stop by this Hollister location!

Contrary to old memes, Hollister isn’t what it was… no need for a gas mask, flashlight, or earplugs!
The store was clean, clothing was neatly stacked and hung. Sizes were generally easy to find, but if assistance was needed, staff were happy to help! When the guy I asked couldn’t find my size in a pair of pants, he’d already confirmed they’re available online and could be delivered within 3-5 days for no additional cost. He also encouraged me to create an account so I could get exclusive offers, and since I did two separate transactions, I got $10 off my purchase!
Fitting rooms were a tad dark, but not too bad. I very much appreciated the full length mirror!
I’ll definitely return, it was a bargain - for $48, I got a beautiful sweater, comfy cozy hoodie, and pants!

Hollister treats their employees like they are worth nothing. The lack of respect in this company is disgusting. Learn to treat people right and maybe you could find some more employees. If I could give negative stars I would. They also just sell bad clothes ?
