We love going to hot topic! The staff is always rockstar! But today Megan went outta her way and grab the last Billie Eilish shirt from the wall for my daughter, she got the big ladder out and thank goodness it was a size small! Thanks for the awesome service. It was my daughter's bday yesterday and we appreciate the effort

The staff is so friendly and helpful, especially Shay! I was trying on a new pair of pants, wasn’t really sure about them, but she came and hyped me up! She was so supportive and positive, sealed the deal for me on the pants! Definitely brightened my day! Props to her, one of the sweetest interactions I’ve had <3

Fabulous staff. Kudos to one guy in particular who went out of his way to help find what I was looking for, then informed me that since I had two items, a third item was free.
Considering the amount of merchandise they carry a variety of themes (horror, musical, etc.), and the store’s laid out well. Clearance items are clearly visible.

Look I've shopped at this place for a while haven't been in a long time was excited but then I found out yall took out the plus size portion of hot topics not good so that's why I gave you 4 stars bring back the plus size portion of this store please
Also the ladies that work there are amazing can't remember this one young ladies name be she is awesomely amazing yall go shop there
Other than that this store is amazing.

The staff was nice and for the first time Hot Topic had the gauges I wanted in my size. The cace was very full and such a verity.

Cashier greeted us with “oh! no Hi or hello first?
I work in retail and will never be disrespectful to customers like that.
Staff were busy so we were waiting in line till somebody help us. She was doing other things so we waited and when she finally got to greet us this is how we were approached. We would have said Hi or ask how are you but we didn’t know she was ready to help us.
