I’ve been shopping here for about a year now and I just want to shout out Serena, Kory and Gabe! Everytime I come in they always know exactly what I want. I brought my family in this last week and all 3 of them were so helpful! Very good on product knowledge and I’m always leaving with more than I expected to buy. Love this store and their staff!

Overpriced. Prices are better at Amazon. You can’t try sizes and products as the fitting rooms are always close. If you buy something, you can’t return it. Staff is rude. Not sure why this store is still open. Get the same stuff at Macys or Amazon with better discounts.

I have to say, this is my favorite store. The staff is always so nice and helpful. This location has all the styles, in every color way. I’m a big fan of polos, and if you are too, you won’t be disappointed. There are so many to choose from. I shop here often, and each time I come, the place is always so clean and organized. You could probably eat off the floor lol. Shoutout to whoever does the visuals, I need them as my stylist asap! The clothes are decently priced, and they are always having sales so I try to check back often. I have no complaints, I’ve had nothing but great experiences shopping here. I’m not a fan of writing reviews, but the employees have been great each time and deserve some recognition. Keep up the great work! I can’t forget the store manager, I don’t remember her name but she was a cutie. As beautiful as she was sweet. The store was closing and she still let me come to do an exchange. If you see this, thank you for saving me an extra trip. I’ll definitely be coming back again, and not just for the wonderful customer service… 5 stars

Always come to the outlets and see this is one of the few stores that always has its fitting rooms closed. One of the primary reasons I still give my business to retail stores is so I can try on my clothes, looks like Lacoste would rather you shop online. Staff are generally not helpful and seem upset when you ask for a size in the back stock.

Lacoste has always been one of my favourite brands and to see such an amazing looking store with amazing service makes me love this brand even more. The staff are super friendly and helpful when it came to what I was looking for. It's definitely one of my favourite stores and I will be visiting here again!

Terrible service. They'll purposefully put a "30min break" sign on the window as soon as you try to open the door. Don't let these lazy workers waste your time.
