Erin and Mitzi gave me top notch service when I shopped for my 10 dresses and 3 shirts during father days event. They made call for me to apply a cc as a Canadian. The discounts from applying credit card attempt and double dip discount made my dress $75-80 all came down to $20-21 before tax. My summer wardrobe is all ready!!

Highly rude staff. They blamed a messy jewelry display on my daughter despite her only removing 2 pieces.

50% on the lowest priced items, can't beat the prices on these clearance items. Really surprised to find many nice things on sale at Loft when the rest of the outlet is not as discounted as I thought would be. Staff are friendly and will help you find sizes in the dressing rooms.
