I had an awesome experience at the Nike Outlet thanks to an associate named Andres. He went above and beyond helping us find the right shoes for my girlfriend’s brothers. He was super patient, knowledgeable, and really cared about making sure we got exactly what we needed.
Customer service like that is rare these days, Andres was amazing. Seriously appreciate his help! Highly recommend this location.

This store sold the product without indicating on the price tag that it is a different size grid, oversized. The check was lost, but there was a bank transaction made 3 weeks ago. The store manager refused to use the banking transaction number to restore the receipt and exchange the goods for another, the right size for the first time I have met such hostile attitude towards customers from well-known brands in the United States. After that, no one in my family will look at this brand again, especially since the quality of the goods has fallen a lot. My son's sneakers cracked from walking on the street, after 2 months. I've never seen such terrible quality even from cheap brands.

Staff are helpful and friendly and the store has a lot of options for both clothing and shoes. I was able to find the shoes I wanted quickly and easily and there were plenty of shoes in my size, which isn't always the case. I'll definitely be back!

This store sucks you can't get any size 3xl or 4xl wasted half a day to check out nothing I love Nike but this no good 😊

Been to many Nike Outlets throught US and this location in Tulalip has the best variety of shoes and clothing of any of the Factory outlets. Lots of styles lots of colours and sizes to choose from. Casual and athletic. Of course prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend if on way or way back from Seattle.

It's Nike Factory Store but the price of the shoe is more expensive than what you pay in Macy's store, I don't know why they are calling it an Outlet Store?
