The store has many nice items and a great selection, though it is a small store with a small last chance section. Customers highlight specific associates like Daya and Sam, who are described as kind, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and wonderful with suggestions. Daya was especially helpful for building a first bracelet and assisting with returns, even when the price went down, leading one customer to buy more charms and a jewelry box. Sam was amazing for helping customers find a perfect ring stack. However, some staff were not as helpful with returns, and one customer received a jewelry box in the wrong color. Overall, the store is worth a visit if in the area, but it is not the place for outlet items.

Excellent service and very helpful staff. Many very nice items and a great selection. Unfortunately they didn't have the charms I was looking for, but had many other items I liked. They are right next to TRUE RELIGION 👍
