In late September, my husband and I purchased a Winnebago Solis Pocket from Camping World in Marysville. It comes with a one year bumper to bumper warranty. After our first big trip, there were a number of items that needed repair. We contacted our “service advisor” Janie to confirm the list of issues and make sure they were all addressed at one appointment. We also needed to know how long the appointment will take to arrange transportation if they need the vehicle for the day.Well we contacted Janie through email on November 29. We didn’t hear back. We followed up with phone calls twice. No response. We didn’t get a response until the third phone call and a request to speak with the manager on December 28.Janie finally emailed us back with the list of items to be repaired. I’ve just written her back. I’m waiting now to hear how long the appointment will take. I will update this review when I hear back. She has been responsive since requesting the manager and writing this review. I am changing from two stars to three.I still can’t recommend Camping World for such a large investment when their customer service is non responsive. This was a very expensive purchase and our sales person was great but the follow experience is lacking in access to someone who can respond to our questions. Try a smaller company with better customer service.

Maceo and the techs that worked on our rv are the greatest, they explained all the repairs to us and after setting our fiat up to flat tow Bert walked us through hooking it up and taking it apart. What not to do when towing, we will be using Camping world Marysville for all our needs or repairs. Thanks guysRob Herndon

Because they checked everything we asked them to check and fixed what needed to be done. Only issue was it took 3 weeks to get to us in though we had a appointment made 6 months in advance, other than that we will definitely be back next Nov 2024!

Next level incompetence in the shop and broken promises by Maceo in Service, who promises the world but never delivers, and is disrespectful and accusatory to the customer that just wants the work done AS PROMISED. He apparently has a reputation that follows him from TX. A total embarrassment.

I am not a leave a bad review person but felt the need to share my experience. My bride and I went down to their big grand opening to show support and we are in the market. Met a nice salesman (I will leave his name out because it doesn't really matter). He showed us around and we found a brand new fifth wheel that we fell in love with. Here is where the issue started. The big "grand opening special deal of the day" price we were given was $1k over what it was listed for on their website already. Fine, no big deal people misspeak. Any number of things can explain that. Then I find the exact same camper (model, options, everything) for less than 50% of that price just an hour away (and everywhere else across the country). Still not a big deal, price it however you want and I will make my decision as a consumer but weird they are not competitive at all. So I show them the others and ask if there is any price matching or flexibility or if I need to drive an hour away. I am someone who prefers to spend my money as close to home as humanly possible and support local. I also really like who Marcus Lemonis is as a human being and very much wanted to support his business but not for 50% more of course. We are talking about a $26k difference on a $40k item. They offered to bring it down a bit to be only 40% higher than all the others and still not even close. Then they wanted to add in a bunch of bogus fees for pre-inspection, cleaning etc. that some other dealers do but not all and totaled thousands of more dollars. I asked to see the build sheet which shows the options in case I was missing anything (I know what options are available and wasn't missing anything but wanted to check). They would not show me the build sheet. Poulsbo, Fife and Bish's were all willing to do so. Then they told me the reason theirs was higher is that because their MSRP is $83k and the other MSRP is only $68k. Problem with that is that the MSRP listed right on their website was $77k which is still not accurate and why they would not show me the build sheet. They were just straight up making things up. It was shameful dishonest sales tactics from both the salesperson and the manager. Super disappointing experience and not what I expected. I hope this is some kind of a one-off experience and everyone else is happy but I suspect it is not. I am still a huge fan of Marcus Lemonis and am driving either to Fife or Idaho (not a Camping world, but haven't finalized yet) to make my purchase. If you are still with me, congrats and sorry for the long rant, it just felt necessary.

We bought a used RV just prior to the change over to Camping World. Our sales person, Kirby, was great! When we went in for the final walk through your of the RV, Nick, was very patient. We did have to go back a week later thinking there was either something wrong with the electrical part of our water heater or it was user error. Jack in the Service Dept was very helpful, got us in same day and had a tech look at it and turned out to be user misunderstanding! Great team to work with!

They say they'll fix your motorhome, if you buy it. Not true, roof has many bubbles, my 7 year granddaughter burnt her hand on the hot water. They never told me its only set at 140 degrees!!! Shower leaks from where it hooks up to faucet. Stove works, oven does not. Listen, I'm being honest.

People there are very nice But don't trust on used items. They take advantage. There was a pricey Dyson vaccuum in closet, in sales photo , they took it out after we looked at trailer and then said it wasn't there. Also they knew the fresh water holding tank had HUGE hole in it, in other words we got scre-- d....

Just bought a travel trailer from Roy Robinson and we could not have been more impressed. Ivar, our salesman, listened to what we were looking for and took the time to help us find just the right fit. Every person we worked with, from accessories to our very thorough walkthrough, was attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.
