Customer service was horrible. As I looked for specific jewelry and asked questions they brushed me off, constantly ignoring us. No one attended us, looked at us and brushed us off. No help at all would not recommend.

Definitely my fav place. They have a large stock and staff super knowledgeable. I love that location. Bracelet of this set was out of stock everywhere but the store’s manager Ms Jennifer ordered it for me from Vegas. Super happy with my purchase and their customer service ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Went here for a panda baby figurine and luckily they had it as they just got them in that day! The employees were very helpful in finding the item and talking about it and giving me the information I needed to know. The only downside of the store is the layout, I find that having the jewellery inboxes behind the pieces is quite ugly and cheap looking but I get that it is an outlet store and that is how it is organized to promote efficiency. Overall worth the visit!

Wasted 200 dollars on a tennis bracelet for my girl. When we purchased said item, the manager told us there is a 1 year return policy for any faults with the item. The metal connecting the "diamonds" got weak and broke after a couple of week's. When we returned to have them fix it, the manager stated that they can only fix the diamonds if they break. They only care about money and dont care about making you happy. Do not buy from here.

Sara deserves a raise!!! She went super out of her way, stayed after hours and tried multiple things to get me my money back from a complicated exchange/return. She’s super nice and helpful and I’m very grateful for her!!!!

I had the most amazing customer service at the Swarovski outlet intulalip Washington. Sarah the assistant manager went out of her way to help me. As a big Swarovski collector, I had accumulated my holy grail piece. A hinged picture frame. I came in because I could not figure out how to open it, to put a picture in. This was a discontinued piece, so I couldn’t find anything online to help. Sarah took my piece and reached out to 3 different locations to figure out how to open the frame. S.he went so above and beyond. I will be back to shop this location because of the top level service I received.

Stood outside their store for at least a half hour while they allowed this group of four ladies hang out while only one of them shopped. Three of the four associates just stood around. Would have been nice had they adjusted some people so those of us that wanted to shop could do so.
