Spoke on the phone with Sky about returning an item, provided the receipt details. They said I cld come in person. I drove 1 hr to reach here and now the lady won’t accept the return coz the clothes “smell” washed to them. I didn’t wear or use them at all, had the tags and receipts on them
Who needs sniffing dogs huh!

March 4, 2024 Exceptional service by the young lady at cashier. She was polite and very helpful. Highly recommend for the customer service they provide. Merchandise is very good quality despite the outlet prices.
