Very bad experience with an associate. Yelled at my 4 years old nephew for gently touching a bag with perfectly clean hands; I don’t know why she had a problem. Said that the bag was “very expensive” and that it is not our property so we shouldn’t let our kid touch it - I guess trying to indicate that we can’t afford the bag. She said it in a very degrading way with a obvious judging gaze. Our family have to leave the store due to the negativity and we will never be coming to this store again.

I had a really bad experience with this store. The sales person was not honest with the prices. I can't believe it happened in a brand name store like Tory Burch! I bought a flat wallet crossbody today, it is on sale with 50% off. The price tag was lost on the display purse so I checked with one of the sales persons, she checked the tag and told me the original price was $298, and the current price after tax is $164. I decided to buy it, when I pay for it, the person on the checkout told me the the original price was $328 so the total price after tax is $178. I told her I was told with a different price previously. So she came to that person and they both "verified" the pricing and told me the color I bought is black which is more expensive, the one she checked previously was brown color. Then I trusted them and paid for the higer price. When I got home and opened the purse I just bought, I found the tag inside the purse, it clearly says "black thea flat crossbody" with original price $298. This redicious experience makes me believe the sales person in this store cheat on their customers on purpose. Just to remind everyone be careful with the prices, they don't display the prices in the store.

Tory Burch makes bags for outlets separately, with arguably worse quality and some different designs than their main line. I was “influenced” by the sales lady here to get a bag because it was hand painted, one of a kind piece that will be a collectors item with a good resale value. Well, shame on me on believing that because none of that is true. I changed my mind and went back to return the bag, only to yet again wait in line to get into the store for 20mins because whether you’re shopping or just dropping by to make a quick return, doesn’t matter - they make you wait!! Please don’t waste your money here as mainline Tory Burch bags are better and go on sale all the time at nicer retailers. Or better yet go with a different brand 🤷

I don’t recommend anyone to visit this store.beside the waiting time is ridiculous.The service that I found there was the worst.the sales person trying to sell the bag to another person that I choose and waiting for her to check me out.she didn’t apology or feel bad about what happened.she just walk away with full of attitude.i will never come back or spend money on this store.i will not even recommends for some one who knows what customer service is. The whole stuff was the worst except one Lady.

We’ve been waiting for 30 minutes on 11/27 around 5pm and the lady came out and said we’re short staffed. The store was literally empty, but they keep people outdoors in cold to show off their brand? We were planing to buy lots of items and we ended up leaving after being hold outdoor like a cattle for 30 minutes with no luck to enter their paradise.
