Jasmine was helpful thanks 💖 she got me all the sz3/4/5 in the Bailey bows in gray, black and brown. And all the classic ones without issues! Really needed to get some new boots for my NY trip next month ! Since mine got ruined from home construction

If I could rate this store a zero I would.
I would not want the older woman who was working be an employee at my store.
I have bought uggs before and know what the cost is and what weather to wear them in. This woman tried to tell me this was not my daughter’s style and that I should go to Converse for the style she wanted.
I asked for a slip on type ugg shoe, when she showed me something to what I was wanting she looked up and told me they were $120, like I wouldn’t want them because they were too expensive. Well, I can afford them and will go to a different place to purchase them. This lady was shockingly unprofessional, I still can’t believe how she was talking to us. She basically was trying to talk me out of a shoe. 8/15/2025

I was very disappointed by the lack of inventory management, as it wasted my time and raised my expectations. I hope the store will improve their stock levels and communication to avoid similar experiences for future customers.

No customer service. At minimum I’d like to receive a ‘hello’ or ‘welcome in’. The store manager was unwelcoming and when I needed help she made it seem like it wasn’t part of her job to do so. I came in with the intend to buy but after the experience and lack of service I didn’t purchase anything.

I had a terrible experience at this store yesterday 11/9/24. I also work in this mall and came by after I was off at 6 to buy a pair of Uggs. I was super excited about it but my excitement left pretty quick from the start of my visit. An older lady with glasses was working but she couldn’t be bothered and wouldn’t even look at customers. Nobody greeted me and it was very chaotic in there and nobody was doing anything to control it. I had questions, so I asked them anyway even though it seemed like a bad idea. I asked what the sale was and I was told very rudely there is NEVER a sale like I was an idiot for asking that in an outlet store. The associates at the register had the same attitude. It’s frustrating when you sped $140 for one pair of shoes to get this kind of Service.

Aweful service! Sold me shoes without a box. I tried to make an exchange and they requested a box for the exchange. Ridiculous! No refund and no exchange. Scam store. I never leave a bad review, never, but scamming like this.
