We came to Zales for an adjustable 14k white gold necklace. We saw a beautiful London Blue Topaz pendant necklace. We scored a great discount at the Zales Outlet at Seattle Premium Outlets. The sales person; Yuliana, was a dream to work with.

This review is a couple months late, but overdue nonetheless!
I came in back in May and was warmly greeted by, Angela, who was fabulous from start to finish! I was pulling off a surprise Mother's Day proposal and Angela went over everything from color, cut, clarity, setting, and budget to help me pick out the perfect wedding set for my soon-to-be bride... it's safe to say that her left hand is heavier than the right!

I cannot say enough good things about Meg, at the Zales at the Seattle Premium Outlet Mall! Recently, my 15 year old wedding ring lost a diamond, and one of the posts. Long story short, after sending my ring to two diff locations, it was determined that my ring could not be repaired, due to the location and cut of the diamond. Since we had purchased the warranty, we were given the option to essentially trade in my broken ring set as credit towards something new. I was super sad to have to say goodbye to my ring set after having it for 15 years, therefore was really on the struggle bus when trying to pick a replacement, but Meg was a rockstar!! She was SO kind and SO patient with me and truly went above and beyond to assist me and my husband in finding a replacement that I felt happy with. She really did the most! She never made us feel pressured into making a purchase we weren’t comfortable with and she never made us feel rushed, or like a “transaction”. She made me feel like I was one of her friends and I could tell she truly cared about finding something I would be happy with. I could go on and on about how stellar her service was! I will forever go to Meg, and recommend her to anyone I know, for all our jewelry needs/wants!! Meg deserves a raise! She’s truly an asset to their team!
It should also be noted that Angie, was also so friendly and so sweet! Both were very personable and genuine!
Also, get that warranty y’all!!!

I had a great experience, purchasing a ring with Molly‘s help. I visited the store the previous day and she invited me to an event the following day, where I found the perfect ring. Molly was professional, ,kind, very sweet, helpful, patient, and happy to assist without being pushy or overwhelming. I appreciated working with her and Connor and I highly recommend her. OMG, Meg and Juliana were amazing! It only took them 30 minutes to find out diamond guarantee after multiple store visits in 4 different states (At least 2 hours per store). Top notch customer service! Definitely recommend for anyone searching for jewelry!
