Service is garbage you'll see 5 techs back there but only one person ever at the counter and they need to constantly call someone over to over ride the system. Takes well over 2 hours for a prescription to be filled if its being sent from your doctor's office. I've been going to this pharmacy over 10 years and the quality since covid is LACKING! Walgreens never makes their customers wait for 20 minutes in line to be told to wait another 10 for their prescription to be filled.

I've been going to this pharmacy for a long time. They take really good care of me and friendly people that work there. If I ever have any questions regarding any medications there quick to answer any questions that I may have

Kelly and her team of technicians are top shelf. If you enjoy good customer service, and a friendly environment I recommend this Pharmacy.

Savon pharmacy is a joke. They have a prescription database that glitches at the patients expense. Everytime I go to pick up my prescription (every month), I run into problems and get to spend more time than I wish there. Especially when my pain levels are spiked, it's not fun making a special trip into town to argue with a pharmacist and prove their mistakes. Evidently the program that manages the prescriptions has been downgraded, according to one of the staff members. If the staff and manager knows it's a problem, why don't they bring it to Corporate and get it fixed, instead of dealing with angry and frustrated patients. My doctors, and nurses have the same issues with this pharmacy. They also receive complaints from patients all the time. If you suffer from a pain disorder, anxiety, mental health issues or any other health problems, I would recommend another pharmacy until they fix this problem. You'll thank me later.

I was unable to make it to get my prescriptions due to illness. They offered to mail them to me and save the trip. That means A LOT during this pandemic!! When I do make it in to pick up, I am always greeted with a friendly face!

Service is hit or miss at this pharmacy. Young guy is really slow at the counter. I try and avoid going here during busy hours. The times I have it's taken up to or around 45 minutes sometimes even longer. The staff they had before Safeway took over was spot on.

Amazing place!!! Best pharmacy and employees I have ever seen at a pharmacy. They know my name. They know my son's name. They go the absolute extra mile to get you taken care of in a speedy fashion with fun and energy. Keri is our favorite!!! Her kindness, work ethic and energy is so much the cherry on top of our trips to the pharmacy! That girl (and all of those folks) need to be given a raise and a huge round of applause! Such a great bunch of people!!!

Hung up on me 3 times. Then when answered would just say put you on hold. 35 minutes to see if my prescription was filled. HORRIBLE.

It's the wrong phone number. You will get the store and then have to bee transferred .
