Blair was awesome enough to help me get my headlight in and working. Thanks so much! It was stressing me out I couldn’t get my light popped in and working but Blair came to the rescue saw me struggling in the parking lot and got my lights working.

Both times I have gone to this place to try and get parts. I have called and confirmed to make sure that the parts were there. The first time I tried to get a heater core hose connector was told that it was in the store. Not a problem. Was quoted a price. Had to walk 4 hours to get to the location only to find out that the person quoted me for a radiator hose and that they actually did not have the part. The second time they were able to quote me a transmission pan gasket transmission fluid and for some reason quoted me a price on an oil pan for the engine. Due to a bum leg, my girlfriend had to walk into town to go and pay for the parts and when she showed up. Apparently that's when I found out that you could not even order a transmission pan and that I was quoted a price for an oil pan. It seems like the people answering the phone don't pay attention to the parts that you're asking. All in all has been a waste of time going to the store. Nine times out of 10. I've got an false information which led to me having to drive to the store to find out and when dealing with customers when I'm told that they have the parts I tell my clients that I can pick it up and when I go to pick up the parts apparently they don't have them. So somebody needs to work on listening skills. I will be using a different store and probably a different company from now on

I was helping a friend of mine that had car problems on I-5. The clerk wasvable to get me the part I needed with some good free advice. Because of AutoZone I was able to help my friend get back on the road.

Went in on new year's eve with a busted serpentine belt. Someone was nice and was able to help me put a new one on. Then my check engine light and traction light was on and Blair Christensen took time to come outside to my car to turn my check engine light off. When she did it ended up turning off my traction light too!! Huge relief for me!! I'd recommend this location to anyone!!!

I purchased a battery and asked to have it installed. Kevin smiled and said it was an easy one and he would be happy to install it, which he did quickly. He stood out because of his positive attitude and quick wit. This man is an asset to the company.

I have been an AutoZone customer for years! I love AutoZone, I really like every other location in Thurston County. After being told they were unable to help me replace my battery and I would need to do it on my own time (both Olympia and Lacey locations insisted they change it for me) the cashier attempted to sell me a starter kit because my car battery was dead in the parking lot - then came out on a smoke break while I was waiting (not very helpful). I will not return to this location because they were more concerned about cigs and sales than my wellbeing.
