Dude at counter during appointment was not pleasant. Asked if they could put a bigger size on my aftermarket wheels, so it would protect the wheel more and look better. Dude at counter said no, they can’t do that. They will only match what is currently on there (previous owners choice). Got my vehicle back and the wheel sticks out farther than the tire. First and last time I’ll buy tires at Costco, back to Discount Tire I go… Unfortunate because I need two more sets this year for my other vehicles and Costco is closer. The star I gave is only because the technician installing the tires was extremely chill and helpful.
Edit: I read the negative review below mine about the dude with the Ford truck, and I really wonder if it’s the same dude I talked to. It was the same arrogance and attitude. Tone was off and no pleasantries.

I ordered a size of tire which comes stock on an F-150, but just not on ours. Costco will not install them, and although the gentleman working the desk was very respectful, the arrogant prick from in the shop who tried to lecture me on policies is what made me make sure and post this review. I don't care about policies. I bought tires. They are an OE size on this truck, and Costco will not install them. I do not care why.

Paul at the Tumwater location was an absolute savior, he went above and beyond to help me and resolve the issue at hand. Again, Paul was an absolute dawg.

You told my 76 year old mom in this heat you can't check her car battery because it's a liability? How is battery testing a liability? Sounds more like you're just lazy. I thought Costco was known for customer service? This is ridiculous. Especially since everywhere online says you DO BATTERY TESTING.

Every one (well maybe not literally) has been to Costco. Every State has a Costco and the stores in that State has items that are related to that State. I think there are even stores outside of the USA, how cool would it be to see what they have? Great place to sample new food items (or graze at lunch time), get furniture, and the hotdog lunch! Where else can you eat for $1.50 + applicable sales tax? I just wish they still had the onions for the hot dog

Horrible attitudes! Horrible waiting periods. They have the nerve to say I have to wait an hour and a half because I was 8 minutes late— which was ENTIRELY their fault because they insisted on letting someone cut in front of me to fill up their tires, then they instructed me to park, then go inside to the sales office where there stood a slow moving line of four people, and the serviceman didn’t check me in until he was off the phone. You DO NOT get to blame this on me. I made an appointment. Everything was done and paid for. How dare you literally come at me and say it’s MY FAULT FOR BEING 8 MINUTES LATE! Then you interrupt me with a hard “ma’am”. Yuck. I wasn’t finished talking, but ok. Clearly you don’t work for tips!!I noticed other people were getting shorter wait periods, an entire hour shorter than mine.Dude told me had two cancellations and were ahead of schedule, but I got pushed back for being late. Verbatim.Good to know you take punitive action on people just because you have a chip on your shoulder. Will not return here, I do not recommend. Go to another location. Do not come here.

Huge shout out to Costco Tire Center! They were able to get me out the door with Michelin Cross Climate II tires for $1,035 in 265/60R18. No more sliding in rain or snow. Employees are friendly and professional. Thanks, Keith!Les Schwab would have been $1,650 without the 5-year warranty. Les Schwab's cheap non-brand foreign tires were more expensive than Michelins, Good Year, or BFG. Costco was the cheapest of any national tire center and was better than Tire Rack.

Well maintained, clean, good selection and good service. Can't complain! It was definitely super busy but was able to find parking. This is our go to for anything we need from day to day groceries to home goods and furniture. I like how they cherry pick the best of everything to have available at a good price.

I'm obsessed with Costco! From the food court deals to the wide variety of foods, it's incredible. But the $5 rotisserie chickens are the icing on the cake for my family. Great friendly associates and plenty on the floor for any assistance you may need. My husband truly enjoy just browsing as we shop and checking out all the deals they have. You can get a hot fresh rotisserie chicken for $5 and a thing of cooked ribs for $7, insanely delicious deals. The food court deals are insane. Hotdog combos for $1.50, .69 cent drinks, and so much more. The bakery selection is one of the most impressive parts. Huge selection, great deals, and lots of friendly workers. Overall, we absolutely love this Costco and can't wait for each fun shopping trip there.

That was the nicest tire repair experience I've literally ever had! They got us in quickly, were so thorough and competent, I trust them with my car and the whole experience was fabulous. I like the separate entrance, easy access, kind service from Keith and Chase. I'm so grateful to them for getting us safely back on the road to edmonds!
