I was very impressed by the service here. The ladies at the counter were friendly and kind, and the pharmacist Jin was very helpful and patient in answering my questions. This was the third pharmacy in the area we visited looking for an OTC treatment and they were great a getting us the info we needed.

I am always pleased with the services I get from this place for my family’s pharmacy needs. The Pharmacy Technicians are helpful and polite to receive assistance from.
Also, I recently got a vaccine at this pharmacy, and I ran into no issues having a safe experience with navigating the vaccination process.

This pharmacy is convenient and usually a great place to go. The only person who gives me attitude EVERY TIME is the Tech Sarah. Idk if she is unhappy with her job or just an unpleasant person, but she never greets people and gives attitude every time I've seen her. If she wasn't at the pharmacy, I would give this place 5 stars.

I have been going to this pharmacy for 15 years and will not go anywhere else. Everyone that works at this pharmacy are absolutely wonderful people that work incredibly hard.

Can we go back to 9:00 p.m. being the close time and not 8:00 that doesn't seem like it works for everyone especially since there's three of us that show up at 8:00 and you guys are already closed. Look I want to get off an hour early too but I don't get to be lazy at my job. It would be nice if other professions... would also honor working long and hard hours. I think Fred Meyers can do better not only for themselves to have some standards but also for their patients. I just would also like to remind you without patients you guys wouldn't even have a pharmacy so if the majority of people wanted to be open till 9:00 I think that you should accommodate that and if nobody likes those hours feel free to hire new people .

This pharmacy needs to just be shut down. I pick up my prescriptions today and then I go to take my medication this evening and I notice there are not as many pills as I usually get. I look on the bottle and the paperwork with it and they had only given me 10 of the 30 pill quantity. I go to my next prescription and out of curiosity I count the pills I have which is also a 30 dose quantity and I have 29. I have recounted 3 times and I find it ridiculous that someone could mess up like this at a job where there is absolutely no room for careless mistakes. Not only am I not getting what I payed for but this could seriously put someone at risk if their lives depended on that prescription. I am just so astounded that some waste of life would make a mistake like this and I seriously wonder how long it will take before this person causes someone their life. How do I even know if its the right prescription if you cant even count right? How do I know something nefarious isnt going on and someone is ripping off my prescription? I am switching pharmacies asap and anyone who goes here should seriously reconsider. Aside from this issue I have had an instance where a white woman pharmacy tech working here just absolutely lost her mind over me bringing up the fact that I am receiving horrible care at this pharmacy. Like it was seriously scary how this woman reacted and lucky for her I forgot her name. I also tried to get an ointment filled here and it was a compound and they called me and said that they "cant mix it at this pharmacy we dont do that here" so it just shows how incompetent and stupid the people are who work here.

Christy an employee helped me save 45 dollars by telling me about a manufacturer coupon for a medication that I get. She went above and beyond and deserves recognition for her humanity.
