Regrettably, I must say after decades of shopping at Tumwater Fred Meyer its once stellar customer service has devolved into incompetence and complete indifference toward the customer. For two days in a row my grocery delivery order has been arbitrarily canceled and rescheduled to next day without ANY notice nor explanation. Moreover, each time it is rescheduled to 7-9 am when no one is available to receive the refrigerator/freezer items so they would spoil! Efforts to receive an explanation via the Fred Meyer Chat, telephone, and email have been ignored! The store staff (Larry who was rude and then put me on hold for transfer and then cut the call off; Julie in Pickup who condescends and repeatedly stated in response to my inquiry about my Fred Meyer Boost Delivery membership for which I pay a hefty annual fee, "As the website says ... delivery is by Instacart." Both Fred Meyer and Instacart fail in customer service. But my membership is paid to Fred Meyer, so to me, they are the responsible party, I don't care what Julie says as she tries to pass the buck. No one would explain why my grocery order was canceled yet again. When I called a 3rd time to speak with the Customer Service desk or the store manager, I got Jada who was condescending and indifferent. When I asked to speak with the store manager after she failed to provide any explanation for my grocery order having AGAIN been canceled two days in a row without notification to me as the customer, she had none. When I then asked to speak with the manager she said he was unavailable, so I asked to speak with the next manager on duty. She said she was the "defacto manager," but still had NO explanation for my order having been canceled. Finally, she told me to call back tomorrow to speak with the store manager, Justin Lopez. I said I would do that and would also notify the Corporate office, and I exclaimed how incredible it is that no one at Fred Meyer knows what's happening in their own store including the on-duty manager--and how could it be that no one understands why my 2nd delivery in two days was canceled. I inquired whether ALL deliveries were being canceled or is it just mine! And I specifically asked--are ANY deliveries being made today? To which she FINALLY stated, "As far as I know, no deliveries are going out today." What! Why not tell me that at the beginning of the conversation? Beyond the customer service failures regarding order cancelations, the gaminess and indifference of all the staff is astounding! Incidentally, there was NO snow on the ground when my order was arbitrarily canceled yesterday NOR has there been snow on the ground today from 7 am on in Tumwater. So, canceling my orders cannot be attributed to snow.

They have the BEST 6 pack muffins!!! Especially the one that has 3 different kinds in the package. They are moist and taste delicious! I just wish they had more of them because they constantly run out of them.

Quality is terrible. I bought a pair of sketches shoes at the Tumwater store. I paid $85.00. I wore them 3 times,the soul came apart.I did not keep my recept, who does?I could not exchange them or get a refund ,..I pray they go out of business!!!WHAT A BUNCH OF CRAP.THE STORE AND SHOES!!!NEVER,NEVER AGAIN.ROBERT LEE DELONG.2/1/2024

Haven't been impressed with Fred Meyers for a long time & after over 3 years of not shopping there - even less! Produce was awful- a bomb went off! Coolers down, bins all empty. Took me back to Covid! I'm through with them, it's dirty & never stocked.

It's a Kroger called Fred Meyers in the northwest, the same setup as Fry's in the southwest. It's where we go for the standard items and prices are usually good.

Friendly and had everything I ordered online
