I asked for help in light bulbs, and the short brown haired lady in the paint said she would call someone. Then, after several minutes, I asked her again, and she rolled her eyes and said in a louder voice, " ya, I've called and asked two people already." Then she turned the other direction. An older gentleman there shopping was standing near and helped me with my questions. Then, as I found my item, an employee approached and asked what i needed help with, so I advised that I was assisted by another customer, but I asked him anyway. He proceeded to give no helpful info regarding what I was looking for on a light. How frustrating to go to a store and not be assisted. I should have trusted my own gut and just helped myself from the start.In the words of Ron Swanson"I KNOW MORE THAN YOU"

Worst service ever at a hardware store this evening. Walked up to empty cashier who was doing nothing. I told the cashier I would like to buy a large item ( a work bench) but only if someone would help me load it in my truck. He rang it up and asked me to insert my credit card. Told him (I think in an ordinary tone of voice) that I needed confirmation someone would help me, otherwise I would pay for it and then not be able to take it home. He raised his voice - quite a surprise - and asked if was going to pay or not. He then ranted about how they don't have enough people and called someone who came and helped me. I've been to this store probably a hundred times and always been treated well. But I'm still a bit surprised how rude that young man was. Will be going to Lowe's for foreseeable future.

The store is well organized and often has the items we need for home projects in stock. The staff is always friendly but sometimes doesn't have the answer to specific questions. Usually you can find someone else (not employed) to help you though. Staff will offer to help out to your vehicle if needed. Visiting the plant section is my favorite way to spend the time while my husband walks around the tools.

This store is terrible. Bought washer and dryer from them and somehow ordered a gas dryer instead of electric at check out and them or Samsung wouldn’t honor the 48 hour return policy even though it’s still in the box and told me to sell it myself. Went to Mckinneys appliance and they had cheaper sets and a no hassle return policy. Glad to see that someone atleast has great customer service in these times.

I will NEVER buy anything that is not on the shelf from Home Depot EVER Again. The crappiest customer service EVER. I got a call the morning of delivery saying there is a dent and because she found a dent they have to reschedule the delivery of the same item! This was after I already had to cancel my doctor appointment(s) and other daily scheduled life matters… because Home Depot emailed at 4 pm (less than 24 hour notice) with a HUGE window for delivery FROM 3 AM TO 2:59 AM THE NEXT DAY!On the call about dent She ensured that if I accept the delivery I can call Home Depot (gave me a number) and ask for new appliance or I will receive a nice discount because of the damage, but I have to make that decision only while the crew is at my house making the delivery. So I thought: what do I have to lose? I am given a chance to check it out, either I get a discount or get a new appliance. I was told I can get a replacement in 7 business days if I wanted a new one.So, even though rescheduling for a new day to receive delivery after cancelling all my life for that day sucked, I agreed to see the appliance in person and decide whether I’ll take the discount or rejected and return it for a new appliance. Once they finally got here the damage was HUGE, MUCH bigger than what I was explained OR SHOWN in photos. At this point I am actually concerned if it is dysfunctional but I have to take all the tapes out and install to test it but the crew won’t stay for that… I called the number to see what kind of discount I would have. Welp I had to wait 10 minutes for an agent on the phone. Then I was told The delivery crew were not allowed to wait for me while I am put on the waiting list! Home Depot said I have to remain online to talk to an agent but they wanted to leave immediately. so I was not given any option for discount because the delivery crew did not handle money anyway. ALSO Now I was told if I decide to return the appliance, they have no idea when I will get the next one. It could be as late as 45 days because she couldn’t see where she could locate an available one nearby until I rejected the item and the 7 day promise was bogus! The only reason I ordered from Home Depot was because I am in desperate need to replace the stove! If I wanted to wait 45 days I would order somewhere else!What pushed me over the edge was that the delivery crew told me Home Depot does this ALL THE TIME to get away with damaged product. At this price point if you think I will spend another dime during my home remodel on Home Depot you are SOooooo MISTAKEN and STUPID.

They have a good selection of products, but customer service is not good. Waited forever for some help on a product, which was kept locked up. When the guy finally showed up he was surly and knew nothing about the product. Make sure you do lots of research before you get there.

It's not the best customer service. But online is great, and have it shipped there for pick up. I was able to take advantage of their 50% off furniture. This is a lovely vanity for your hair and makeup. You definitely need your patience pants on to put together. It took us 7 hours! My husband refused to take advantage of the $20.00 fee to have someone come to your house and put it together for you. I love this vanity.

He was so kind and willing to help me find exactly what I was looking for.ReadEmployee, Justin Moore needs recognition for his outstanding positive attitude and professionalism that he gave me. I left the store with a smile on my face and even though the product I was looking for wasn't in stock, Justin treated me so well, that I will be coming back to this store a lot more often.
