“We were in the store today just to browse and found a new rug that was all wrapped up. We couldn't see the pattern but Niko came right over and opened it up. When we decided to buy it he generously gave us a military discount as my husband is a veteran. He then ran around the store to gather up materials to help transport the rug with our car. He loaded everything up for us and another employee, Lauren, loaded it into our car. They both were so friendly and went out of their way to help us. That's A+ service which we really appreciated. Habitat is very lucky to have them! Thanks Niko and Lauren!”

“Everytime I come in the store a 6' 5" giant of a man gives me I want you eyes and makes me feel special. His main of gold and grease contrasted with the LED lights of tractor supply light fill my days with warm light and make me blush in my covers at night. “A big shout out to Home Depot employee Geoffrey Dickerson!The spousal unit and I were looking for a front door handle and dead bolt set to be installed on our new front door. We had the model picked out, but it was slightly damaged. Geoff came along and was able to get the same model from 3 shelves up and in the back.End of story? Nope. It's just starting. He could have just said "here ya go" and left us at that. But he gave us good advice why the brand we chose was better than other's they carried (all price comparable). Function and security are big in our book and how he described the lock more than checked that off. As a former 30+ year industrial salesman, I really appreciate when people in a store know their inventory and products. That's good, old time sales craft that is so often lacking in on-line and big box stores these days.Thanks again, Geoff!!”

“Saryn, glen and Zane were most helpful! Great place for all home remodeling needs. It is more organized than Home Depot. The staff are also friendly and available. The isles are wider than Home Depot. The organizing is more pleasing to the eye. That restroom is cleaner.”

“The employee Julie that helped us was absolutely great! Friendly and knowledgeable on what we were purchasing... The selection to choose from she knew where to guide us to meet our needs and wants.. Also we got what we were looking for on sale! Lowe's absolutely needs more employees like her! Although we are having to wait for what we purchased ( washer & dryer with stands ) we are happy with the value compared to some of the other brands there! 4 stars are simply because the store didn't have inventory there. But Julie the employee was excellent!!! ( Give her a raise!)”

“The store is well organized and often has the items we need for home projects in stock. The staff is always friendly but sometimes doesn't have the answer to specific questions. Usually you can find someone else (not employed) to help you though. Staff will offer to help out to your vehicle if needed. Visiting the plant section is my favorite way to spend the time while my husband walks around the tools.”
