P.s. if you need an LG product same day don't hold your breathe complain to corporate about not keeping them in store, we had the same issue trying to get both a washer/dryer and now fridge.”
“We've made two trips to Home Depot in the past week to buy the larger arbor vitae's. My decades of experience with Home Depot is that they are inexperienced & short staffed. Not the case with this store! Huge compliments for your friendly, cheerful and VERY helpful staff! On both visits I bought 3 of the larger trees and no way I could get them into the car by myself. On each occasion an employee put them in my car! Wish I would have gotten the first guys name. Today it was George Alfaro who was a great ambassador for Home Depot! My only complaint.... isn't the customer always right?!?! I tried to give them a tip & they steadfastly refused. Shame on Home Depot for not allowing your customer to do something that makes them happy!”
“This has been my normal Home Depot for the past 4 years and I’ve never had a bad experience here. Recently, I ran into a carpet snafu and was quoted a price and needed it adjusted. After calling and talking to the regular corporate phone line they transferred me to the store and I talked with Cynthia. She was helpful but unable to clear up the issue over the phone (truly no problem), so she encouraged me to drop in and talk with Matthew the following day.
The next morning I spoke with Matt and he was such a delightful human. We got everything taken care of and I was on my way in no time.
Their pricing for a carpet installation was far more competitive than 3 other companies I received quotes from.
